Job Profile:

1. Manage all online activities pertaining to sales on leading e-commerce portals such as Amazon, First Cry, Flipkart, Big Basket, Gofers and Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra etc.
2. Coordinate with various e-portals to prepare a plan for periodic sales increments.
3. Should be an expert in cataloguing (Listings, A+, Variations) and order processing.
4. Should have problem-solving skills when it comes to account health / Catalogue health.
5. Design a strategy to increase sales and visibility at different websites.
6. In coordination with logistics to ensure proper supply at different warehouses.
7. Keep a check on warehouse stock and provide estimated sales requirements to the production team to avoid a shortfall in stock.
8. In the need market, combo and discount strategy is to be designed for getting maximum sales.
9. Meet up with marketplace agencies to get maximum visibility and sales volume.
10. Ensure 360-degree operational efficiency up to the dispatch of goods from the warehouse.
11. Well-versed in dealing with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility.
12. Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills

Role: Relationship Manager

• Exp: min 1 year
• Min CTC : 3.60 LPA - Max CTC: of 4.80 LPA, (along with performance-based incentives + Birthday perks + Mediclaim Insurance, etc)
• Meals will be provided, as the staff will be stationed at the resorts.
• Location: Goa, Gujarat, Maharastra

Key Responsibilities of the Relationship Manager:

• Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment.
• To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
• To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service are met at all times.
• To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
• Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
• To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training

• Segment our users by deeply understanding our clients and end users. You will talk regularly to users and prospects and draw qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Define our GTM and partner with the rest of the team to execute the GTM. It will include work like demand generation, ORM, slack community for our users, sales enablement and marketing assets.
• Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams - product, partner managers, marketing, and sales to craft thoughtful go-to-market strategies and drive growth initiatives.
• Understand and analyze the competitive landscape to define our own marketing strategy

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience that can span digital marketing, product marketing or growth marketing.

• Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Hubspot CRM, Slack, ORM tools and Webflow.

Your responsibilities:
• Working on end-to-end product development, from conceptualisation stage till the final product release
• Design and develop overall web app architecture
• Ensuring timely and continuous integration and deployment
• Ensuring responsiveness and efficiency of application
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software as and when required
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of the product features and releases
• Adhere to the industry best practices, and ensure all data security and data protection measures are met
Develop responsive applications compliant with multiple browsers, platforms and devices

We look for:
• Experience in building web views and apps for Android & iOS platforms using any of the following tools/technologies- MEAN/MERN Stack, JQuery , CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, HTML, HTML5, XML, JSON, Angular JS, JQuery, Mobile, Android SDK with Android Studio, XCode, Swift framework etc.
• Possess working knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI. Adhere to design systems and apply to coded pages, screens and states
Experience in developing customer facing mobile web applications in Health-Tech space will be added advantage.
