Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong backend and AI integration experience to build scalable, high-performance systems. This role involves working closely with product, data science, and AI teams to develop intelligent platforms leveraging modern technologies and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale backend systems and APIs using Golang and Python
• Build and integrate AI-driven features, including prompt-based workflows (Claude or similar LLMs)
• Work with MongoDB and Elasticsearch for high-performance data handling and search capabilities
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, AI/ML, Data Engineering)
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best engineering practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in backend engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch
• Experience working with LLMs / AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) and prompt engineering
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech / SaaS platforms
• Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or data platforms
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically candidate to join our Technical Support team. The role involves providing L1 technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, and assisting in product implementation and maintenance under guidance.

L1 EXPERIENCE COMPULSORY

• Provide L1 technical support via ticketing system, email, and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to installation, configuration, and usage.
• Assist senior engineers in debugging, testing, and customer support activities.
• Follow defined support processes, documentation, and SOPs.
• Maintain proper case notes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

We are hiring Sales Executives who can build strong relationships with retailers and help drive revenue through direct and consultative selling. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cold calling and client engagement across digital and in-person channels.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Retailer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with retailers through cold calling, WhatsApp, email outreach, and in-person meetings. • Lead Generation & Sales: Execute inbound and outbound cold calling strategies to generate leads and close deals. • Business Development: Drive new business opportunities and contribute to the overall revenue targets. • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our products, including key features and benefits, to effectively communicate value to customers. • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions to meet their requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ Years of experience in frontend web development (1+ in ReactJS)
• Strong past experience of building, scaling and maintaining feature-rich customer-facing single-page applications
• Ability to translate designs into UI elements with accuracy and an eye for fluidity and responsiveness; strong grasp of any of CSS / sass / less
• Proven ability to implement key concepts of state management, security, and caching practices in enterprise-level web applications used at scale
• Proficient understanding of compatibility issues across different browsers and web and mobile devices and available ways to work around them
• Familiarity with the react ecosystem and popular libraries in that ecosystem
• Strong grasp over core web development concepts like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, general Web 2.0 techniques, and working without modern component libraries
• Experience with designing secure web applications with a strong understanding of common security vulnerabilities and best practices
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms and object-oriented programming
• Strong grasp over concepts of performance, optimization, lighthouse, etc
• Strong handle over Git, following best practices to facilitate collaboration

• Hands-on experience with supporting payments and integrating payment gateways
• Experience with progressive web apps, service workers
• Strong grasp over frontend unit and end-to-end testing frameworks

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, & PHP) development stack
• Proven software development experience in PHP and of developing REST (JSON) / SOAP (XML) based web services
• Experience in Cloud platform like AWS/Azure
• Experience with HTML5 / JavaScript (JQuery) / CSS / AJAX / Angular / Yii Framework is preferred
• Experience in caching solutions like Redis and Memcached
• Experience in tools like Ansible, Docker
• Knowledge of source control systems such as GIT is a plus
