Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic design team. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate architectural and allied drawings while ensuring consistency across all disciplines. The candidate will actively support site coordination, approvals, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain records of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior drawings
- Coordinate and cross-check structural and MEP drawings with architectural drawings
- Prepare sketch drawings for site clarifications and coordination
- Maintain records of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
- Issue GFC drawings to site teams as required
- Prepare architectural drawings as instructed by the Architect
- Prepare drawings for site logistics and execution planning
- Calculate RERA area, BUA, and construction areas as guided by the Architect
- Verify approval drawings against the latest architectural drawings
- Prepare and review drawings for MOEF and other statutory approvals
- Maintain records of all approvals and related documentation
- Prepare sale unit plans for registration purposes
- Review customer interior layouts with respect to architectural and municipal drawings
