About the Role

This role is focused on quality control, process improvement, and collaboration with our Copy team. If you’re someone with a logical bent of mind, a solid grammatical foundation, and a passion for seamless execution, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution for written content – ensuring timelines, expectations, and quality standards are met.
- Review content deliverables for clarity, grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal guidelines.
- Partner closely with copywriters, editors, and stakeholders to understand project goals, client expectations, and tone of voice.
- Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or improvement areas in content and processes—offer clear, actionable suggestions.
- Conduct quality checks, provide structured feedback, and help maintain a high bar for all copy deliverables.
- Track project status, update internal dashboards, and document workflows for accountability and transparency.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or recurring issues and collaborate with team leads to implement solutions.
- Keep yourself and the team aligned to timelines through effective follow-ups, communication, and coordination.

Proofreader Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Proofreader to join our team. You must be proficient in basic and advanced grammar rules and understand how they are used within our style guides. Our ideal candidate is meticulous in reviewing copy, noting errors such as punctuation, spelling, and word usage, and knows how to check statements for accuracy or potential plagiarism. You must communicate effectively with the writers and other staff to ensure documents meet all company guidelines.
