Role Description

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Mumbai.

This role is perfect for candidates coming from telecalling, telesales, or BPO voice backgrounds who are looking to move into a more growth-driven, sales-focused career.

What You Will Do:

• Make outbound cold calls to US prospects
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Pitch our product confidently and explain its value
• Follow up with leads and convert interest into solid opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth experience
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to achieve monthly targets
• Represent mple.ai professionally with excellent communication skills

Qualifications (Who We’re Looking For):

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / BPO Voice / Outbound Calling (International)
• Strong English fluency and confident phone presence
• Hands-on experience with cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales
• Comfortable working in an afternoon shift aligned with international calling hours
• Target-driven, persuasive, and motivated to grow
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Bonus: Experience speaking with US/UK customers or handling international calls

• To generate ideas for data-driven stories and for how they might be developed and visualized

What you need to have:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

• Write effective APIs

• Proven experience in Software Development

• Experience developing web applications

Experience with warehouse operations and knowledge of how a SaaS in inventory/ material management creates an organized data and reduce cost. 

2+ years’ experience with enterprise SaaS environments in a Sales and Pre-Sales capacity.

Knowledge of supply chain planning systems—TMS, WMS, inventory management, fulfilment, etc.

Proven ability to demonstrate products, methods, or services to prospective or current customers.

Ability to assess a company’s supply chain needs and creatively provide solutions to address those needs with the company’s offering.

A consultative approach to sales pursuits

Experience in giving presentations to customers in a sales environment at all levels up to and including C-level with a convincing approach.

Excellent writing skills (Statement of work, proposals, documentation, presentations)

Excellent verbal skills (explanation of solutions, meetings, presentations, training)

Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Any Degree qualified.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Researching relevant influencers & content creators and establishing
relationships with them
• Aptly selecting influencers & content creators basis brand objectives
• Brainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Managing the P&L of all influencers executed across platforms

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience will be preferred. However,
freshers are more than welcome to apply.
• Agency experience is a plus point
• Proven & demonstrable experience multi-tasking & working under pressure
