Key Responsibilities

• School sales: Primary responsibility is to sell to schools and bring them onboard

o Tie up with schools and onboard them so that we can offer the plan to the parents in the school

o Negotiate and get into commercial agreements with schools

o Upsell our other payment products in the schools

• Stakeholder Management in Schools:

o Enable Jodo to liaison with the schools tied up with, for close to

everything from meeting the parents to doing events etc.

o Forge a strong relationship with the school management and principal

and be their first port of call on anything to do with finances

• Team Building- Build a high-quality sales team and lead it in that city

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Finance Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules, with a strong focus on developing and supporting technical solutions for Oracle EBS Finance applications. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants to ensure effective integration of business processes with technical solutions.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Oracle EBS Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management).
• Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
• Experience with BI Publisher and other Oracle EBS reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and data migration techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboard enterprise customers for solutions delivered by Masters India.
2. Project Manager for integration projects undertaken for enterprise customers.
3. Maintain highest standards of customer support to be provided
4. Follow up for resolution with DEV/QA team on the issues raised by the customer.
5. Continuous customer success approach with zero attrition to be ensured
6. Filing GST Returns for enterprise customers
7. Providing Reconciliation Statement to the clients.
8. Resolving queries related to E-invoice and EWB for clients

Job Title: Angular Typescript expert

Job responsibilities:
Minimum 1.5 Year of Exp. In Angular 2+ Version

Must have knowledge of Angular Universal with SSR

Requirements

• MBA in HR from reputed university/ college with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Must have led HR for at least 5 years
• Knowledge and experience of other HR processes like performance and talent management, R&R, audit/ compliances, Comp & Benefits, HRMS/ HRIS/ ERP, etc. preferred.
• To fit the bill, you must have good exposure to managing the Training and Recruitment function independently with senior stakeholders.
• You must be strategic and at the same time be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
• People with excellent communication skills and who have led recruitment and training for a decent-sized organization and have delivered excellent results would be considered. High energy professionals would prefer.
