Description:

The role of the Service Engineer is to provide professional after sales service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of high-speed Packaging Machines. The Service Engineer will work within the

guidelines, established by the Director of Service & Manufacturing and will follow the established procedures when representing

Essential Functions:

Build customer relationship in a professional manner through solution-oriented communications and service, providing both on-site and telephone support.

 Responsible for installation expertise, calibrating, configuring, testing, maintaining,

evaluating and troubleshooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning and repair as necessary to associated equipment.

 Must be self-motivated with ability to work & think well independently.

 Perform scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of equipment and associated equipment.

 Provide installation expertise at customer sites as well as conducting pre-installation assistance.

 Read and review blueprints, plans, specifications and other documentation to prepare for startup, service or troubleshooting any breakdowns.

 Responsible for on-site training of customer personnel and inbound technicians on proper operation and maintenance of their equipment’s as per ACE Technologies Standards.

 Work with engineering, project management, spare parts and management groups to resolve escalated problems.

 Provide written service & expense reports to Service Manager on all activities carried

out on site and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.

 Properly document, label, and return all defective parts resulting from repair.

 Make technical recommendations to Technician’s, Operators and Artisans.

 Work closely with the Service Team & Service coordinator to ensure site work is carried

out in the required order, for completion by the required timeline.

 Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times. Develop and

maintain safe habits and practices with regard to safety requirements on site and in the

manufacturing facility and report any breaches or concerns on health and safety matters

to the Service Manager or HR Dept.

 Ensure all materials, tools and equipment provided to you, are kept safe, and secure.

Ensure all are calibrated in good working order to ACE Technologies requirements.

 Assist in manufacturing or engineering with customer projects, as well as unit

refurbishment at the customer site or the ACE Technologies manufacturing facility.

 Assist the spare parts department with recommended spare parts and wear parts to existing and new customers.

 Provide technical support to other Field Service Engineer / Technician on the field or in- house

 Overtime may be necessary as work load dictates. This may include weekdays or weekends.

 Must be able to use a computer for creation of reports and data entry required.

 Must be able to use a smartphone and any related applications required for the job or

timekeeping.

 Must maintain clean and professional appearance while working with customers, vendors and colleagues.

 Accept other responsibilities as requested or required by the Service Manager or the Company as needed.

 Must participate in training opportunities as determined by the Company.

Required qualifications and skills:

 A Bachelor& degree / Diploma.

 3+ Years in Service Engineering experience of Packaging Equipment in Pharma Industry.

 Preference: Blister Packaging, Cartoning, Filling Line and Conveyors.

 Able to complete projects in a timely manner

 Excellent computer literacy is must and knowledge of visualization would be preferred.

 The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

 Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

As an Associate Technical Architect - Data, you will lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale AWS data platforms and Lakehouse solutions. You will provide technical leadership across the entire project lifecycle—from solution architecture and technology selection to implementation, optimization, deployment, and production support.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in modern AWS data engineering technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.

Must Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Data Lake, Lakehouse, or Data Warehouse solutions on AWS.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation of cloud-native data platforms, including architecture, design, development, deployment, and production support.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (analytical queries, window functions, stored procedures), Spark/PySpark, and Python.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Lakehouse architectures using Apache Iceberg.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including EMR, S3, Athena, Glue Catalog, Aurora PostgreSQL, Lambda, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, IAM, and related AWS data services.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using AWS native services.
• Strong expertise in Spark/PySpark performance tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on experience optimizing Apache Iceberg and Aurora PostgreSQL for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Full-Stack Machine Learning Engineer

Role: Full-Time, Long-Term Required: Python Preferred: C++

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile ML engineer to join as a core member of our technical team. This is a long-term position for someone who wants to build sophisticated production systems and grow with a small, focused team. You will work across the entire stack—from data ingestion and feature engineering through model training, validation, and deployment.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with deep ML expertise, particularly in time series forecasting and quantitative applications. You should be comfortable operating independently, making architectural decisions, and owning systems end-to-end.

CORE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Python (Required): Professional-level proficiency writing clean, production-grade code—not just notebooks. Deep understanding of NumPy, Pandas, and their performance characteristics. You know when to use vectorized operations, understand memory management for large datasets, and can profile and optimize bottlenecks. Experience with async programming and multiprocessing is valuable.

Machine Learning (Required): Hands-on experience building and deploying ML systems in production. This goes beyond training models—you understand the full lifecycle: data validation, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter optimization, validation strategies, monitoring, and maintenance.

Specific experience we value: gradient boosting frameworks (LightGBM, XGBoost, CatBoost), time series forecasting, probabilistic prediction and uncertainty quantification, feature selection and dimensionality reduction, cross-validation strategies for non-IID data, model calibration.

You should understand overfitting deeply—not just as a concept but as something you actively defend against through proper validation, regularization, and architectural choices.

Data Pipelines (Required): Design and implement robust pipelines handling real-world messiness: missing data, late arrivals, schema changes, upstream failures. You understand idempotency, exactly-once semantics, and backfill strategies. Experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster) expected. Comfortable with ETL/ELT patterns, incremental vs full recomputation, data quality monitoring, database design and query optimization (PostgreSQL preferred), time series data at scale.

C++ (Preferred): Experience valuable for performance-critical components. Writing efficient C++ and interfacing with Python (pybind11, Cython) is a significant advantage.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE: MULTI-AGENT ORCHESTRATION

We are building systems leveraging LLM-based automation. Experience with multi-agent frameworks highly desirable: LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks; designing reliable AI pipelines with error handling and fallbacks; prompt engineering and output parsing; managing context and state across agent interactions. You do not need to be an expert, but genuine interest and hands-on experience will set you apart.

DOMAIN EXPERIENCE: FINANCIAL DATA AND CRYPTO

Preference for candidates with experience in quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, or fintech; cryptocurrency markets and their unique characteristics; financial time series data and forecasting systems; market microstructure, volatility, and regime dynamics. This helps you understand why reproducibility is non-negotiable, why validation must account for temporal structure, and why production reliability cannot be an afterthought.
