The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing ads that resonate with customers and blogs that rank well on search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Copywriting: Create persuasive and attention-grabbing content for various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) that drive conversions and engagement. (Must have prior experience in writing effective ad copies).
• SEO Blog Writing: Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts that are informative, engaging, and rank well on search engines.
• Creative Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas and campaigns that align with brand messaging and goals.
• Content Strategy: Assist in the development of content strategies to ensure all written material is aligned with the overall marketing objectives.
• Content Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring it adheres to the brand voice and guidelines.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing strategies, and the latest SEO best practices to continually improve content quality and engagement.

Work Description: 

• Achieve company sales targets using paid marketing channels
• Google : Search, YouTube, Adwords, GDN, Affiliate
• Social : Facebook, Instagram
• Marketplace : Amazon, Flipkart, healthcare and women platforms
• Obsessive  focus on on-page conversion, CPM, CPC, cost of acquisition and ROAS
• Lead video content marketing using creatives, audiences, A/B tests
• Build cross-platform FUNNELS to implement retargeting strategies
• Setup customer journeys using marketing automation tools, Email, SMS, WhatsApp

Candidature requirements: 

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience in performance marketing with digital first brand

Role and Responsibilities-

 Dialing 50-80+ calls and counselling students who have enquired about the product/ services.

 Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.

 Doing post demo calls and closing sales.

 Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.  Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.

 Flexible to work on additional days and hours

Responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, flyers, advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Design social media promotion graphics with copy, and short 30 second videos or gif animation.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, XD.
• Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on feedback. Reviewing final layouts for errors and ensure that final products reflect client specifications and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Create website and mobile app user interface designs in XD / Photoshop.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or formal arts field.
• Experienced in UI design.
• Ability to make short 30 second videos or animation for Social Media promotion.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing, production, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Effective communication and proficiency in English.
• Open to give and receive constructive criticism.

• 4-15 year experience in Application Support
• Must have good knowledge in Java/J2EE, Microservices, PL/SQL, Unix
• Good to have knowledge in Agile, JIRA, Splunk, Service Now
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Provide technical leadership to the team & contribute in the skill development within team
  Interact with internal teams and client stakeholders to trouble shoot the tickets/incident and manage other support activities
• Good communications skills are necessary, must be team player and inquisitive.
• Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Flexible in working outside of office business hours at short notice (as required)
• Should be able to examine the system and identify the areas for Service Improvements & Value adds.

• Should have built systems that have scaled to at least ten thousand users
• Should have an open mind to learn and experiment with new technologies as our needs change
