Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with strong 3D animation skills to design engaging web and mobile experiences.

Mandatory Skills : UI/UX Design, Figma, 3D Animation (Blender/Cinema4D/Maya), Motion Graphics (After Effects/Lottie), Prototyping, Design Systems, Responsive & Accessible Design.

Responsibilities :

• End-to-end UI/UX design (wireframes, prototypes, design systems).
• Create & integrate 3D assets/animations for interactive user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering for smooth implementation.

Requirements :

• 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Blender/Cinema4D/Maya, Lottie/After Effects.
• Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM and 2 years in Core Compensation is required.
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Compensation is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of HCM security.
• Basic understanding of Workday reporting and its relationship with HCM domain.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Preferred Time zone: Crossover with Central European Time zone or Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Role: Engineer/Sr Engineer -Java 

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the front-end development of modules for enlivening CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrating them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and follow the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years of strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object-Oriented Javascript, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands-on Experience with Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA and RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources. 

• One who is proactive and comes forward with technology-related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter. 

• Good communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

• Experience working on Angular 2.X+
• Bootstrap/Angular Material development of web applications.
• Experience working on rest services-based architecture.
• Have used state management libraries, state Integration of Web APIs, and other 3rd party frameworks.

• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.

Short runs at Bourdaina are 3 month fast track programs with clearly defined processes & objectives. Atleast one short run is mandatory before joining us for long haul.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
• A sales intensive role where you help restaurants, F&B brand, Hotels and FMCG brands by selling Bourdaina products
• Demonstrating and presenting products and services.
• Account management for key clients of the organisation.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.
