Job Description Research and identify potential new product features and functions Gather stakeholder and customer input Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product functions and features Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in development Create user documentation in coordination with stakeholders Create and maintain competitive and strategic analysis matrix Oversee implementation and release workflow and deadlines Hold regular project reviews with Development and QA teams ensuring that the product meets business requirements Draft release notes for launches and work with Product Marketing to create and execute a GTM plan Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches Gather market feedback from users and buyers via Win/Loss calls, interviews, and other feedback loops Requirements 4+ years of experience in software marketing / product management or writing requirements for technical projects Basic understanding of software development process from concept through implementation and delivery Prior experience with web based application development and maintenance a plus Understanding of UX design principles and experience working with customers and stakeholders as part of a design process Ability to plan, prioritize, and excel in developing a dynamic high paced cross functional team environment Must be detail oriented Excellent time management skills Must be a problem solver Excellent communication skills

Qualifications Required: Have 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master / Agile Coach role, and 5+ years in product or service development. Expertise in Agile and Lean ways of working at project/ enterprise level. Have expert experience in coaching, facilitating, teaching and mentoring. In-depth knowledge of what & how Extreme Programming, Scrum and Scaling agile models. Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in agile principles and practices. Should have worked as Agile Coach in the past. Provide hands on coaching to 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously with in-depth guidance on agile roles, rituals, and artifacts. Hands-on XP engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/ CD, Automation etc is a plus. Responsibilities: Coaching teams in Agile ways of working, building effective Agile teams focused on delivering Business Value, also supporting in DevOps teams. Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials and content. Training, mentoring and coaching team members on agile values, principles, frameworks, roles, practices and techniques as outlined in the agile standards Training, mentoring and coaching teams on how to produce agile metrics and understand how metrics provide insights into progress at a program and/or team level. Training, mentoring and coaching teams on the agile tools and continuously working to improve the agile tools. Providing thought leadership and collaborating with other coaches on best practices in the industry related to techniques, tools and strategies and melding them into the agile frameworks as a member of the agile coaching community. Experience in building agility metrics & evaluating team members & teams.
