Project Manager

• As a lead engineer, you will be expected to execute and deliver large and complex projects end-to-end, with or without the involvement of other team members.
• Participate in code reviews, app architecture, and design discussions.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all product deliverables.
• Be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting. 
• Mentoring junior developers and set best practices for coding, reviews, etc.
• Ensuring performance and scalability in all new product features being developed. 

• Overall of 5+ years expertise in writing HTML/CSS/JavaScript 
• Experience in Angular and preferably React.js
• Expertise in database modeling, preferably relational DB, spotting DB bottlenecks, and writing optimized DB queries.
• Expertise in all common AWS cloud technologies, knowledge of CI/CD tools, and workflows.

Job Description

1. 5- 8 yrs IT industry experience preferably Banking domain
2. Strong Python Skills and good understanding of Java and Microservices
3. Should have handled banking customers and exposure to Production support processes
4. Good in database and Pl/SQL – Ability to write SQL as and when needed

• Maintaining files for every employee
• Updating and maintaining HR MIS report on a timely basis
• Getting employees bank account open
• Getting acceptance on Employment Agreement and filling it
• Getting their ID card and Visiting card printed
• Managing statutory compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years in Human Resource, managing HR operations and HR compliance
• Knowledge of PF/ESIC and compliances    

• Work with our proprietary Java and Kotlin based SDK to find performance and functionality-related issues.
•  Working with in-house Dashboards to perform testing of UI and APIs.
• Collaborating with teams to create test documents.
• Planning and task management in congruence with the Leadership Team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Expertise in testing different QA Methodologies black box, white box, and gray box for both web UIs and backends both manually and automation.
• Ability to code and maintain back-end automation frameworks written in distributed programming languages such as Python.
• Ability to automate Android applications using tools such as Appium.
• Hands-on experience on API testing and testing tools like Postman, Rest-Assured, or other API testing tools.
• Experience working with Proxy tools like Charles Proxy, Fiddler.
• Excellent in test strategizing, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Agile scrum methodologies Strong debugging, problem-solving, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
