Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both backend and frontend development, with proven experience in building scalable enterprise applications. This role requires proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JSP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams in a U.K. shift.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, JSP, and MySQL.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Optimize database queries and ensure application performance and scalability.
• Apply best practices and design patterns for maintainable, clean, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support international clients by working in the U.K. shift.

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong expertise in Java (Core & Advanced) and Spring Boot.

Required Skills:

Job Description:

To be part of Netelixir's Engineering Development Team in Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics and Ecommerce Domains which caters to about 100 Ecommerce clients in USA & European Geographies

• Should have implemented at least 2-3 projects using React Interface (ReactJS, React Native).
• Experience with standard libraries for routing, state managers like Redux, knowledge of ES6 and Lodash.
• Familiarity with one of the design systems such as Material UI.
• Strong hands on exposure to convert visual designs to React based web interfaces
• Integration of the React with backend services.
• Exposure to building and integration of web interface with the backend service APIs implemented on Restful, SOAP etc.
• Proficiency in one or more of Java, Tomcat, MySql, MongoDB, Python, Angular, Bootstrap, JQuery, JS Frameworks, JSP, HTML5 CSS Frameworks will be added advantage. 

Specific responsibilities commensurate with experience and include:

• Ability to react quickly and effectively to identify and resolve issues that heavily impact CI/CD system (immediate mitigation of impact, long-term resolution including strategies for risk mitigation/monitoring/alert for proactive resolution of potential future occurrences)
• Design, develop, unit test, and implement build automation scripts including environment configuration validation processes

• You will work with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. This could be anything from solving small CMS hiccups to recommending a better workflow, leveraging HubL for a better solution, to executing great parts of HubSpot CRM implementations.
• You will work closely with the tech and marketing delivery teams to architect and implement HubSpot setup and workflows so you can achieve client goals in the most efficient manner.
• You will support and eventually lead HubSpot onboarding for company clients.
• You will be required to upskill on HubSpot and a host of other martech tools continuously and over time become a match specialist.
• You will enable the learning of others on HubSpot, so your love for knowledge sharing will be put to use.
• You will be assigned as a Project Manager for the company's marketing services clients.

Qualifications and skills

• 3+ Years working on HTML/CSS. JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working with Content Management Systems like HubSpot, WordPress, etc. 
• Have experience in HubL and creating HubSpot templates using HubL. HubSpot CMS certification is a plus.
• Worked with web designers to create HubSpot templates and custom modules from scratch.
• Worked on apps and integrations from the HubSpot marketplace.
• Understand APIs and integrations, from the tech as well as the business sides.
• Strong sense of design and are able to articulate what is on-trend, what looks good. Attention to detail is a must.
