Backend (Primary Focus) ● Strong knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. ● Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development. ● Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with Spring Boot. ● Proficiency in developing APIs using Redis and relational databases (MySQL preferred). ● Strong understanding of the AWS cloud platform, with experience using services like S3, Lambda. ● Good understanding of code versioning tools (Git) and bug-tracking systems (JIRA, etc.). ● Knowledge of DocumentDB or any other NoSQL document database is a plus. Role Overview

The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales head in moving prospects through the funnel. This is an entry to junior-level sales role with structured growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new client prospects from the UAE, GCC, and Indian markets (focus on SMEs).
• Execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calls to generate appointments.
• Qualify leads based on business size, industry, and requirements.
• Schedule demos and meetings for the Sales Head/CEO.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in the CRM.
• Support in preparing outreach reports, sales decks, and client follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets (number of outreaches, demos booked, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months –2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, cold calling, and writing outreach emails.
• Persistent, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Basic understanding of CRM, SaaS, or IT services is preferred (training will be provided).
