Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development

On-Page and Off -Page Optimization with link building
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure to enhance relevance and improve visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).
Manage off-page SEO initiatives, including building high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites through outreach, content partnerships, and directory submissions. Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase organic traffic.
Technical SEO Management
Conduct technical audits of website infrastructure and address technical issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, and schema markup implementation. Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO enhancements.
Content Strategy and Optimization
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and addresses user search intent. Optimize existing content and identify opportunities for new content creation based on keyword research and industry trends.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and analyze key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profile, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into SEO performance and ROI. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends
Stay abreast of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain competitiveness in search results.
Client Communication and Team collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SEO initiatives, provide updates on campaign progress, address concerns, and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, content creators, and digital marketers, to ensure seamless integration of SEO efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on content optimization
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
● Work in close coordination with senior management to define strategy and targets for FI Partnerships
● Develop the pitch, collateral, presentations and other supporting material to adequately demonstrate risk/reward for the Financial Institution partners
● Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan
● Lead and prepare presentations to Financial Institutions
● End to end management of the process for acquiring partners for the platformincluding conclusion of commercials, legal agreement, system integration etc
● Coordination with internal teams like Legal, Credit Risk, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions
● Progressively reduce financing cost profile across the platform and NBFC

- Knowledge and 3+ years of experience in programming with C# and Frameworks like .NET 4. x and Windows forms as well as WPF

Position Overview & Priorities:
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems and software using Infrastructure as Code. This can include the provision of cloud instances, streamlining deployments, configuring virtual instances, scaling out DB servers.
Primary responsibility would be:
- Oversight of all server environments, from Dev through Production.
- Work on an infrastructure that is 100% on AWS.
- Work on CI/CD tooling which is used to build and deploy code to our cloud.
- Assist with day-to-day issue management.
- Work on internal tooling which simplifies workflows.
- Research, design and implement solutions for fault tolerance, monitoring, performance enhancement, capacity optimization, and configuration management of systems and applications.
