Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records using Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Create and manage invoices, bills, and payment entries in Zoho
• Perform bank reconciliations within Zoho and ensure data accuracy
• Manage GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Generate and maintain financial reports, MIS, and dashboards via Zoho
• Track vendor payments, customer collections, and follow-ups
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
