
Artificial Intelligence Research Intern
We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Intern to join our dynamic team for a 6-month full-time internship. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), contributing to real-world projects that create a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research, design, develop, and implement AI and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Work on NLP systems and models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and
data extraction.
• Evaluate and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Collect, process, and analyze large-scale datasets.
• Use advanced techniques for text representation and classification.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code for production-ready applications.
• Perform web scraping and data extraction using Python (requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, APIs, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of AI, ML, and DL concepts.
• Good Understanding of Python and libraries such as:TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas, Scipy, Matplotlib NLP tools like NLTK, spaCy, etc.
• Strong understanding of Neural Network Architectures (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs).
• Familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Understanding of text representation techniques (n-grams, BoW, TF-IDF, etc.).
• Comfortable working in Linux/UNIX environments.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, and Networking.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of AI assistants for data teams and understanding the intricacies of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimise their usage across multiple use cases. Utilising Django, you'll architect backend infrastructures optimised for handling data processes and LLM interactions. Your role involves building APIs with the Django Rest Framework. What you'll be doing
1. You will be working with product owners ( Client Stakeholders ), product managers directly to deliver the user experience. A product design from scratch or revamp assignment, on average, includes 2-3 product designers. You will be either leading/collaborating based on the project.
2. You will be part of all four steps we follow in our design process, Analyse, Strategize, Visualise & Evolve. These steps include various activities from wireframes -> dev hand-off.
3. Most of our assignments go through user research, including stakeholder interviews ( Who runs the product ) and actual product end-user interviews. On average, we do 10 interviews per product. You will be conducting them along with your peer.
4. We encourage the team to share and learn from each other, and you will also be part of internal/external workshops & knowledge sessions.
