Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and Facebook

• Align content with campaign goals: brand visibility, lead generation, and user engagement

• Define content pillars (e.g., Education, Promotion, Product Demos, Testimonials) Content Creation & Publishing

• Create and manage diverse content formats—carousels, reels, short videos, memes, explainers

• Oversee content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publishing across all platforms

• Write compelling copy, captions, and video scripts tailored for B2B engagement Community Management & Engagement

• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a loyal community

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support outreach and campaign amplification

• Leverage trends and real-time content to stay relevant and increase reach Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization

• Launch and monitor social campaigns targeting decision-makers in healthcare and sales industries

• Analyze engagement metrics, CTRs, follower growth, and content performance

• Optimize strategies based on insights to boost performance and ROI Team Collaboration & Training

• Manage and mentor social media interns or junior marketers

• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and outreach teams for campaign cohesion

• Contribute to newsletters, product messaging, and multi-channel brand consistency 

Key Responsibilities:

² Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.

² Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional code.

² Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

² Current SDE 3 designation or equivalent experience in a senior development role.

² 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies, particularly React.

² Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.

² Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and routing solutions.

² Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).

² Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and test-driven development (TDD).

² Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of a Senior Software Engineer (Backend):

The Design & Research teams are part of the larger Product teams and are responsible for gathering learner, community & expert insights and translating those into a seamless & empowering experience across the platform. These teams are broken down into four branches, Growth & Discovery, Learner Experience, Careers, and Alumni & Breakout experiences which consist of talents from across product, engineering, learner experience, and business to make sure we have no latency in user experience meeting the user expectation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with Designers, Product Managers, and Data folks to drive all stages of research from early product direction through summative validation in an Agile work environment.
• Help to develop and track quantitative measures of user experience (goals, metrics)
• Influence a diverse set of stakeholders through excellent relationship building, and crisply providing insight and deep domain expertise in research practices and product development.
• Put the needs of our varied set of users front and center and driving, through influence and well-constructed presentations of insights, the user experience strategy of our many products.
• As a voice of the user, effectively challenge and elevate the customer experience in a data-driven environment Design, recruit and moderate research studies regularly (both in-person and remote).
• Use a variety of research methods and tools to best reach the goals of each project in order to provide rich, actionable insights.
• Communicate research findings and prioritized recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
• Work closely with product teams to identify research questions.
• Design and execute studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, using the right methods for the right questions.
