Job Title: BigID Deployment Lead/ SME

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BigID Deployment Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of BigID's data intelligence platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data discovery, classification, privacy, and governance, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful deployment and integration of BigID solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of BigID solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Serve as the primary SME for BigID, advising stakeholders on best practices, architecture, and integration strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, data governance, and IT to align BigID capabilities with business requirements.

Customize and fine-tune BigID policies, connectors, and scanning configurations to meet data privacy and compliance objectives (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for internal teams and clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BigID deployment, performance, and data discovery.

Stay current with BigID product updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in data governance, privacy, or security domains.

2+ years of hands-on experience with BigID platform deployment and configuration.

Strong understanding of data classification, metadata management, and data mapping.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating BigID with cloud-native services.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and risk management frameworks.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

BigID certification(s) or formal training.

Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell) and API integrations.

Background in enterprise data architecture or data security.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Business Development Associate 

Job Summary: 

The candidate for this position will be responsible for creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1.Meet and exceed sales targets. 

2.Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads. 

3.Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts. 

4.Report and present Inside Sales progress and updates 

5.Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients 

6.Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competition. 

7.Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. 

8.Work closely with the Sales and Marketing (Digital) team in planning for campaigns 

9.Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others. 

Key Qualifications and Skills: 

1. 3 months –1 years of carrying sales experience. 

2.Sales experience in an Ed-tech firm. (optional) 

3.Should have professional proficiency in English and Hindi. 

4.Fluency in any local language will be given preference. 

5.Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

6.Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in sales.

Your Opportunity

You will primarily be responsible for implementing features & building platforms to enable on-device and device/server-side combined ML workflows. You will possess strong skills in object-oriented software design and programming. You are excited about developing new features, maintaining existing code, fixing bugs, and contributing to overall system design.

Your Impact

To design, architect, develop and maintain the backend for AI products by working closely with the Engineering Team. To ensure successful consumption of Saarthi.ai technology by APIs, SDKs, or Applications, thereby enabling productization and monetization of the AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

· Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

· Design server-side architecture

· Along with SAAS application deliverables even the client-side deliverables need to be taken care

· Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

· Write effective APIs

· Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

· Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

· Create security and data protection settings

· Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

· Write technical documentation

· Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

What You Bring

· Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.

· Experience developing desktop applications.

· Strong working experience with back-end development using Node.JS, JavaScript.

· Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

· Experience with System Design and Architecture.

· Familiarity with common stacks.

· Familiarity with Parallel Threading, Concurrent calling and Aggregation Queries.

· Ability to write quality unit tests

· Setting up CI/CD, and integrating with logging and monitoring systems for the products or platforms

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

• Design, configure, test, deploy and maintain reusable Automation Anywhere scripts and frameworks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including the Solution Design Document.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners and Business Teams during test phases and UAT to test, debug and overcome issues.
• Participate in and contribute to deployment activities inclusive of Pre and Post release activities.
• Work on Automation Anywhere and IQ Bot related solutions as needed.
• Participate in daily team stand-ups, planning sessions, etc.
• Work closely with stakeholders to review and refine business process workflows including identifying areas of possible simplification.
• Lead deployment of new releases / upgrades within RPA.
• Propose and implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.

• Working knowledge of Node-Sync, callback hell and ways to control asynchronous behavior of Node functions.
• Strong command on ES6(EcmaScript) or Javascript and its concepts like prototypes, call back, closures etc
• Should have deep understanding of Native Node.js, Express.js, HAPI.js and middlewares.
• Candidates must have proper understanding and command on RESTful API development and consumptions.
• Candidates must know to use promises, async-await to control synchronization of business logic components.
• Candidates must have knowledge of JWT, oAuth and passport.js for user authentication.
• Candidates must have knowledge of GIT, Bit-bucket.
• Candidates must have knowledge of application deployment.
• Experience with NoSQL databases eg mongodb (preferred).
