Job Summary

Job Description

· Design technical specifications for RPA (Uipath) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.

· Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.

· Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

· Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.

· Ensures documentation is well maintained.

· Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.

· Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.

· Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis

· Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.

· Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science

Additional Information

· 5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts. Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).

· Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.

· Understands development methodology and lifecycle

· Should be trained on RPA tools (Uipath).

The Role: IT Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator / IT Coordinator to support and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure and user systems. The ideal candidate will have experience handling day-to-day IT operations, hardware/software support, and coordination with vendors, ensuring smooth and secure IT functioning across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and monitor company IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, printers, and communication tools.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues (onsite and remote).
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and AMC renewals.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, routers, and other peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and data backup processes.
• Ensure antivirus, firewalls, and data protection measures are up to date and effective.
• Assist in IT asset management – inventory tracking, procurement, and disposal.
• Support implementation of new technologies or systems as per business needs.
• Maintain documentation for IT setups, licenses, and configurations.
• Liaise with HO and regional teams to ensure IT standards and policies are followed.

• Work in a highly iterative and nimble environment with product managers, engineers, and recruiters to get your design shipped

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or any other related field

• 4+ years of experience as an experience designer for web/mobile or voice applications

• Hands on experience with XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent programs)

• Deep knowledge of UX design, user research, visual design, and Service design

• Experience working cross-team while taking feedback from product management, engineering, business and marketing

• Excellent problem solving skills along with deep empathy for users

• Good experience in designing mobile interfaces and responsive desktop sites

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Hindi. Added bonus if you know other Indian languages

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with conversational product design
