Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, witty, and chronically online Content Creator to join the team. You’ll be the brain behind the scroll-stopping content, the one who knows when a trending Reel audio is peaking, when it’s already over, and which client tone it actually fits.

Key Responsibilities

• Content creation: Plan, write, shoot, and edit content across Instagram (feed + Stories + Reels), Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and Pinterest.
• Creative ideation: Bring witty, on-trend ideas to the table for client/in-house projects across niches.
• Original thinking: Generate fresh, brand-specific ideas rooted in each project’s niche, audience, and tone. Content that feels native to the brand's world, not recycled or one-size-fits-all.
• Platform strategy: Build platform-specific content plans tailored to each project’s niche, audience, and goals.
• Shoot & edit: Shoot basic photos and videos in-store, on-location, or in-studio when required. Edit short-form video for Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
• Community management: Engage with comments, DMs, and audience interactions across platforms.
• Trend tracking: Stay on top of platform updates, trending formats, audios, and meme cycles.
• Performance reporting: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, saves, follower growth) and report on what’s working.
• Ads support: Collaborate with the ads team on Meta Ads and Google Ads, creative inputs, copy, basic setup, and performance review.
• Influencer marketing: Research, shortlist, and outreach to relevant influencers and creators for client campaigns, manage briefs, deliverables, timelines, and post-campaign reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0 - 1.5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong fresher portfolios are welcome.
• Hands-on familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and Pinterest, not just as a user, but as a creator/manager.
• A creative streak, sharp wit, and a sense of humor that translates to a screen.
• Comfortable on both sides of the camera, happy to shoot, and happy to be shot.
• Basic photo and video editing skills (Reels, Stories, Shorts) using VN Editor, InShot, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, enough to set up basic campaigns, read performance, and contribute creatively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external collaborators (e.g., influencers, vendors).
• Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and switch tone of voice depending on the brand.
• An eye for what works on each platform, Pinterest is not Instagram, it is not LinkedIn.
• Organized, deadline-aware, and able to take ownership without constant follow-ups.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java & Selenium
• Perform API testing using Postman, Rest Assured
• Execute and maintain automated regression test suites
• Validate backend functionality through API and database testing
• Identify, log, and track defects to closure
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams

We are looking for a highly skilled site reliability engineer to manage and scale our on-premise payments infrastructure. You will work on onsite environment spanning virtual machines and containerized workloads on bare metal, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

●              Operate and optimize virtualized environments (VMs) and containerized workloads (Docker on bare metal)

●              Manage and scale middleware systems like:

o      Nginx (traffic routing, reverse proxy, load balancing)

o      Redis (caching, HA setup)

o      Kafka (streaming, partitioning, fault tolerance)

●              Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

●              Manage infrastructure and application configurations using Git-based version control

●              Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance tuning across systems

●              Work on Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)

●              Implement and maintain automation frameworks using:

o      Ansible

o      Shell scripting

●              Manage and troubleshoot networking components:

o      TCP/IP, DNS, Load balancing

o      Firewalls, WAF policies

o      Akamai

●              Handle security and compliance requirements

●              Maintain accurate inventory and asset management systems

●              Participate in incident response, RCA, and system reliability improvements

●              Collaborate with application, security, and DevOps teams

Required Skills & Qualifications Core Infrastructure

●              Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration

●              Experience managing on-prem data center environments

●              Solid understanding of:

o      Virtualization (VMware / KVM or similar)

Containers & Middleware

●              Experience running Docker in production (non-Kubernetes setups preferred)

Observability, Alerting & Reliability

●     Design and manage observability platforms:

o      Elastic Stack (ELK)

o      Grafana / Prometheus stack

●              Build and maintain:

o      Dashboards for system health and business KPIs

●              Develop intelligent alerting strategies:

o      Reduce noise (alert fatigue)

o      Improve signal quality

●              Build correlation mechanisms / alert aggregation systems to:

o      Reduce MTTD (Mean Time to Detect)

o      Reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Recover)

●              Drive proactive monitoring and anomaly detection

●              Lead incident response, debugging, and RCA with data-driven insights

CI/CD & Version Control

●              Hands-on experience with:

o      Git (branching strategies, code reviews, infra-as-code workflows)

o      Jenkins (pipeline creation, build automation, deployment orchestration)

Networking & Security

●              Good understanding of:

o      Networking fundamentals (L3/L4 concepts)

o      Firewalls and WAF (rule tuning, debugging)

●              Experience handling secure production environments

Automation

●              Hands-on experience with:

o      Ansible and Shell scripting (bash)

Operations

●              Experience with:

o      Monitoring, alerting, and logging systems

o      Incident management & RCA

o      Capacity planning

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

●              Experience in UPI / Payments domain

•      Proficient in Core java, Solid foundation in object-oriented development and design patterns.

•      Ability to engineer complex features/systems from scratch and drive it to completion.

•      Prior experience in micro services and event driven architecture.

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate is someone who loves solving reliability challenges, automating everything, and ensuring seamless delivery across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS/GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build, automate, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Configure and manage automation tools and workflows using Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement best practices for code management, release processes, and DevOps standards.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve build pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Write scripts in Python/Bash to automate operational tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
