We are looking for a Data Scientist – AI/ML who has hands-on experience in building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with real-world datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating insights and solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
Fine-tune ML/DL models to improve accuracy and performance
Deploy models into production using APIs or cloud platforms
Monitor model performance and retrain models as required
Work closely with clients to understand business problems and translate them into AI/ML solutions
Present findings, model outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product teams
Document workflows, models, and deployment processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts (Supervised, Unsupervised learning)
Hands-on experience with ML algorithms (Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, etc.)
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras)
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
Experience in model deployment using Flask/FastAPI, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Understanding of model fine-tuning and performance optimization
Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling
Good client communication and documentation skills

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines)
Experience working on live or client-based AI projects
