As a WordPress and PHP Developer , you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications for Texila. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations. Your expertise in WordPress and PHP will be crucial in implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

PHP and WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the UI/UX and internal teams to develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and functionality that align with project requirements.

Write efficient, maintainable, and secure PHP code for both front-end and backend development.

Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet needs.

Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO, and ensure they are responsive across different devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, PHP, and other web technologies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress and PHP development.

Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards within the team.

Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Requirements:

WordPress developers with strong hold PHP development experience.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.

Proven work experience (6+ YEARS) as a WordPress developer and PHP.

Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

Knowledge of code versioning tools 

Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

Ability to manage projects and meet timelines

Responsibilities:

1.Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.

2.Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.

3.Assembling and leading the project team.

4.Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.

5.Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.

6.Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.

7.Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.

8.Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

Title: Business Analyst

Reporting to : Project Manager

Work Location: Coimbatore, TN

Summary: 

As a Business Analyst, he/she will be working as a member of product development team who analyzes the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches a software business model with the software being built. You will be bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable development tasks to match a final software product with the expected business value.

Responsibilities:

1.Researching business problems and clarifying business ideas

3.Drafting non-functional requirements

4.Preparing functional requirements

5.Formulating the main backlog

6.Handling Deliverables

7.Handling Elaboration phase

8.Involved in Story mapping, establishing acceptance criteria, prioritizing backlog items during solution design phase

9.In development phase, will be involved in setting up preparation activities, planning and tracking the development process and activities

10.Gathering and processing feedback from customer and users, formulating the next backlog during maintenance phase

11.Validating requirements and standardizing the software development process

Qualification:

1.Any UG or PG degree preferably a technical degree

2.Minimum 4 (four) years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment

3.Should be an analytical thinker, strong decision-maker, problem-solver, documentation and visualization master

4.Should possess expert knowledge and experience in Project management tools, documentation tools and modeling tools
