• We are looking for a Full stakc Developer - Who can manage teams of Developers. Understand requirements and convert to Tech Products 
• Your Responsiblities would be 
  1. Manage Teams of Developers on Different Projects ( FrontEnd, Backend and App) 
  2. Daily Check-in with proper teams, solving/guiding  their issues and liason with Stakeholders on project status and delivery schdule 
  3. Convert / Capture requirements and Propose Archiecture, Data Flow, Database Design, API Lists involved, Pages to be developed in frontend.  
  4. Manage multiple projects  / teams of Developers 

What are we looking for:

● Good problem solving skills.

● Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals, data structures.

● Experience working in software development with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Go, Scala, Python, C/C++.

● Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySql, Postgresql, MongoDB, Cassandra).

● Experience in working with distributed caching (Memcached, Redis, or comparable technology).

Experience in working with distributed messaging technologies like RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.

● Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services.

● Experience with microservices and web application/services development. 

• Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Technologies stack (ASP.Net, MVC, WEB API) having web development and UI development experience (frontend and backend).
• Proficient understanding of Single Page Application architecture and frameworks
• Must have exposure to any Relational DB (MSSQL, MYSQL).
• Strong understanding of data structure, SOLID Principles and problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns for Real world problems.
• Conceptual knowledge of multi-threaded programming and performance monitoring tools.
• Experience in working on trending technologies, .Net Core, Node JS, NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in Micro-services architecture & Micro front end applications
• Experience with Unit Testing framework.
• Proficient understanding of Web UI test methodologies, frameworks and tools, such as BDD, Selenium.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, protocol and client-side scripting technologies in general, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, REST API, Angular.
• Must possess strong attention to details, high aesthetical taste, and ability to apply user-centric design approach to produce a delightful and highly usable UI/UX.
• Additional Knowledge/experience Is a Plus
• Experience with automated deployment and associated technologies (helm/yaml/ansible/docker)
• Familiarity with code versioning tools
• Experience in Security Domain or Security Tools for Application Validation/Scanning will be a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate design, specification, test and implementation details.
• Occasional flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to collaborate with remote teams.
• Proven tracks on the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

A mid-senior level Java-Full Stack Developer manages a critical project for one of our biggest clients in the banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting-edge technology applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Java8 Spring boot, Microservices, Node JS, JavaScript, Gulp
• Strong experience with Kafka and Cassandra
• Experience with Gemfire or any Java Caching techniques
