We’re on the lookout for a Mid-level Full Stack Developer to drive IT improvements within the company!
The Challenge
We are looking to open a small office in Bangalore and we’re building a lean, high-impact IT team. We are looking for two Mid-level Full Stack Developers with strong startup or scaleup backgrounds. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love shipping features in days (not weeks), and know how to leverage AI to accelerate your workflow, this role is for you.

We’re scaling fast and building a new tech team in Bangalore, and you’ll be among the first developers to join. This means you won’t just be coding; you’ll help shape the culture, processes, and standards of our IT team from the ground up. Your work will directly drive our growth, and this is all about fast execution, problem-solving, and delivering value quickly.

You’ll work closely with our Executives, Managers, and fellow Developers to build, improve, and scale our e-commerce platforms. Collaboration is key—you’ll align with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into seamless technical solutions.
Day in the life of a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer at GT Ecom
You'll..
- Build and ship new features fast; from idea to production in days.
- Work across the full stack (frontend + backend) to support scalable e-commerce systems.
- Leverage AI-driven workflows to optimize coding speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders
- Ensure quality, maintainability, and performance in everything you build.
We would love to hear from you if…
- Startup/scaleup experience: Worked at a company that raised at least a Series A or B (≥ USD 5M).
- Proven track record of execution speed: you’ve shipped features in days, not dragged them for weeks.
- Comfort working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with modern full stack frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Regular use of AI tools in your development process.
- Preferred Background: Developers with startup or scale-up experience who thrive in fast-paced environments, shipping features in days (not weeks), and who enjoy working in high-ownership, high-impact teams.
Couple of the notes about the role
- You will have the freedom to work abroad with flexible schedules.
- This is a hybrid role. Once our Bangalore office is set up, you’ll be expected to work 2-3 days per week from the office.
