🔧 Key Highlights

3–7 years of experience in software development

Strong hands-on experience in Delphi

Proficiency in SQL, ADO, and understanding of OOP, data structures, and design patterns

Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (Knockout/Angular) and modern UI concepts

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

Preferred: Experience in Payments, Retail, EMV, C-Store, or Logistics domains

Key Responsibilities & Technical Expertise

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 websites, extensions, and modules.
• Build and enhance Progressive Web Applications (PWA) using Magento PWA Studio, React.js, and GraphQL.
• Integrate third-party systems including payment gateways, ERP, CRM, and other API-based services.
• Optimize site performance, caching, and scalability using tools like Redis, Varnish, and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Configure caching, indexing, and CDN for improved site performance.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScript.
• Skilled in React.js, Redux, GraphQL, and REST APIs for modern frontend development in Magento PWA.
• Proficient in Magento theme development, custom module development, and UI component customization.
• Set up and manage Docker-based environments for local development, staging, and production deployments.
• Implement security best practices, perform regular updates, and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.

Full Stack Development:

● Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions across front-end and back-end stacks.

● Implement responsive and dynamic web applications using JavaScript, Angular, or React. 

● Ensure backend services and APIs are well-structured and optimized for performance. 

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: 

● Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements. 

● Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers. 

Technical Expertise:

● Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. 

● Ensure applications meet non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, and performance.

 Agile Execution & Continuous Improvement: 

● Contribute to Agile development practices, including iterative releases and continuous integration. 

● Identify opportunities for technical improvements and optimize existing features  

 Required Skills and Qualifications 

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

● 6+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development. 

● Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, and RESTful APIs. 

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for continuous deployment.

 ● Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. 

● Proficiency in databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL. 

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. 

● Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
