Job Summary

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Tester to join our QA team. You will be responsible for writing and executing automated test cases, identifying bugs, and supporting the overall testing efforts to ensure software quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in test automation while working closely with experienced QA professionals and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand functional and non-functional requirements to design relevant test cases.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts under the guidance of senior QA team members.
• Use automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in creating and managing test data and environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and senior QA
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support manual testing activities as needed.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure test coverage, consistency, and accuracy across the software lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Basic experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Familiarity with one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Understanding of QA processes, software testing methodologies, and defect life cycle.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the test automation domain.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Hands-on experience with test management or bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Exposure to version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Foundation, Selenium WebDriver certification).

Site Reliability Engineer 2 (SRE 2)

Overview:

As a Site Reliability Engineer 2 (SRE 2), you play a dual role of a senior technical contributor and a team leader within the SRE team. In addition to ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance, you will manage shift schedules, guide SRE 1 engineers, and ensure compliance with ITSM processes. Your focus will be both technical execution and operational excellence, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality, consistent support and reliability across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Reliability and Technical Leadership

· Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems through proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.

· Lead efforts in improving infrastructure observability using tools like Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, and other telemetry systems.

· Serve as an escalation point for complex technical incidents and outages, providing guidance to SRE 1 engineers.

2. Team Oversight and Performance Management

· Provide technical and operational leadership to SRE 1 engineers, ensuring daily tasks are executed as per standards.

· Review SRE 1 work regularly to ensure adherence to best practices, SOPs, and incident response protocols.

· Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and operational understanding.

· Conduct regular feedback sessions and contribute to performance evaluations.

3. Shift Management and 24/7 Coverage

· Design, implement, and manage rotating shift schedules to ensure optimal 24/7 support coverage.

· Monitor shift adherence, workload distribution, and overall team health.

· Ensure proper handovers between shifts with complete documentation and context sharing.

4. ITSM Process and Compliance

· Own and enforce ITSM processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Fulfillment.

· Ensure that all incidents, changes, and problems are logged, categorized, and resolved or escalated as per SLA.

· Continuously assess and improve ITSM processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and audit teams.

5. Incident and Problem Management

· Lead major incident investigations and coordinate response efforts across teams.

· Oversee root cause analysis and implementation of long-term fixes for recurring issues.

· Maintain detailed incident logs and postmortem reports for high-priority incidents.

6. Change and Maintenance Oversight

· Review and approve change requests initiated by SRE 1 or other team members.

· Ensure execution of maintenance tasks adheres to predefined SOPs and does not impact system stability.

· Track and analyze impact of changes to continuously improve reliability metrics.

7. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication

· Create and present weekly/monthly reports on SRE metrics, team performance, incident trends, and capacity planning.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, support, and product, to align operational goals.

· Provide updates to leadership on key incidents, system health, and team productivity.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and safeguarding revenue for our customers. Your role is to quickly and consultatively engage with customers and prospects, to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our solution can align with their objectives. Leveraging your expertise, you'll recommend the optimal solution to improve their customers’ journeys and accelerate their growth.

The ideal candidate for this coveted position is an expert in large and complex technology deals, offering an enhanced sales experience due to their specialization; and is accountable for forecasting their sales quarterly. He or she is a self-starter who has a track record of exceeding assigned monthly and annual sales quota.

What You’ll Do:

• Qualify deals quickly and focus on educating the customers on why they need to buy from Knowmax and also being able to build a need in the first place.
• Gain access and establish relationships with key executives, C-level leaders and decision makers.
• Consult with potential decision makers and their teams to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs.
• Responsible for encouraging long-term strategic relationships within select high profile enterprise accounts.
• Develop a robust qualified pipeline and handle strategic and value-based account planning, forecasting, and closing opportunities.
• Be the trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy, architect and adopt Knowmax solutions.
• Prospect into your assigned accounts to discover and develop opportunities.
• Lead complex sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal partners (Pre-Sales, Product Management, Executives, and partners) to close opportunities and exceed your quota.
• You will keep your team updated on your progress by regularly and accurately updating our internal CRM system.
• Own a revenue quota basis your region, also being able to build your own pipeline through your own network.

• Requirements:
• True hunter with 2-5years experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS in domestic or global markets
• Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong aptitude and problem-solving skill.
• Documented success selling to multiple levels of decision makers in large accounts.
• Willing to travel throughout the assigned region
• Independent & self-motivated. Can hit the ground running with a strong drive to succeed.
• An existing network of customer contacts & partners within the enterprise contact center market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university is preferred.

Core Backend Skills

• Node.js Mastery
• Deep understanding of event loop, async patterns (Promises, async/await).
• Experience with frameworks like Express, NestJS, Fastify.
• Writing scalable APIs (REST), middleware, and modular code.
• Database Expertise
• SQL/Postgres – schema design, complex joins, indexing, query optimization.
• Knowledge of transactions, isolation levels, and migrations.
• Basic familiarity with ORMs (Sequelize/TypeORM/Prisma) and raw queries.
• Architecture & Design
• Ability to design backend systems
• Good understanding of API versioning, caching strategies (Redis).

Frontend (Average Skill Expected)

• Comfortable with React (or Nuxt/Vue) for building and maintaining UIs.
• Basic understanding of state management (Redux, Vuex, Pinia).
• Familiarity with component-based architecture and UI libraries (Material UI, Tailwind).
• Can debug UI issues but not expected to be a design/UX expert.

Other Expectations

• Code Quality – Writing unit tests (Jest/Mocha), code reviews, and maintaining clean architecture.
• Problem-Solving – Strong data structures and algorithmic skills (not as intense as SD3/Architect).
• Collaboration – Able to mentor juniors, break down tasks, and work closely with product and QA.
• Performance & Security – Understands security best practices (OWASP) and performance profiling.
