We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to serve as the technical core of Grid. You will be responsible for the platform's architectural integrity—managing robust infrastructure, database design, and CI/CD pipelines rooted in traditional web development excellence. In this role, you will provide critical technical oversight and mentorship, ensuring that all code (including contributions assisted by AI tools) meets our standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Architecture & Maintenance: Design and maintain scalable platform architecture, database schemas, and modular APIs built on solid engineering foundations.
• Infrastructure & Systems Integrity: Own the dev, staging, and production environments; maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines, version control standards, and database migrations to ensure production stability.
• Technical Guidance & Quality Assurance: Establish code quality standards, lead rigorous code reviews, and provide technical oversight for features developed by the team (including AI-assisted development) to guarantee stability and security.

Qualifications

Job Summary:  

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our corporate funds and assets management platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and communicate a clear engineering vision and strategy aligned with our broking and funds management platform.

- Define and prioritize the engineering roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
