• Mandatory Skill: Strong Experience in React JS, Node JS, and AWS -3+ years of relevant experience from Current Projects.
• Expertise with at least one Object-oriented JavaScript Framework (React, Angular, Ember, Dojo, Node, etc. ).
• Good to have hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming, multi-threading, data serialization, and REST API to connect applications to back-end services.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), Jenkins, and GitHub Actions is essential for this role.
• Proven cloud development experience AWS.
• Understanding of IT life cycle methodology and processes.
• Experience in understanding and Leading Enterprise Platforms/Solutions.
• Experience working with Microservices/Service Oriented Architecture Frameworks.
• Good Understanding of Middleware technologies.
• Possess expertise in at least one unit testing framework.
• Education: Avoid UG Degree alone and look only at B. E/B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with team of Java & Springboot Developers in the design, development, and maintenance of applications.
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for Java & Springboot applications.
• Lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using React and Spring Boot.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of application development including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile development methodologies.
• Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and encourage technical excellence.
• Oversee application performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting in production and non-production environments.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.

• 8–15 years of overall software development experience, with at least 3 + years in a lead/mentorship role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and related libraries/frameworks.

• Strong understanding of Test Driven Development ( Junit)

• Maintain and enhance existing Java & Springboot applications by troubleshooting issues, implementing bug fixes, and optimizing performance.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB / Azure Cosmos DB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Good knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, etc.).

Role Objectives 

• Participate in complex design and software development tasks within an appropriate schedule, task, and quality guidelines set in conjunction with the Senior Platform Specialists and Platform Architect  

• Hands-on development and implementation of solutions including the configuration of e.IQ platform components and custom development 

• Tasks associated with testing and documentation of solution implemented 

Academic Qualification
B.E/B.Tech/MCA in computer science Engineering or a related field. 

Experience Profile  

4 -6 years of experience in development or platform implementations.

Required Technical Skillset for Java Development

• core JavaScript, CSS, HTML-5,

• At least one of these frameworks (Angular JS / React /Vue / jQuery / Bootstrap)

• Experience in developing front-end web applications for various devices (responsive) 
  

Good to have:

• Basic Java knowledge /Programming, RDBMS (preferably MySQL or MSSQL), Exposure to Liferay.

• Experience in SaaS Application architecture & design and working with database modeling and design concepts. Understanding of database design and maintenance and experience with SQLite, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Experience with developing loosely coupled design, Micro-services development, message queues, and customized application deployment using RESTful services, implementing REST APIs with Spring or JAX-RS.
• Working knowledge of either Spring boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts Framework, building REST based Web Services using Java EE Standards
• Have experience in single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and security background.
• Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) workflow engines such as Activiti, jBPM, Orchestra, and Flowable, however not mandatory.

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Good familiarity with Linux operating system, managing Linux servers and using AWS (EC2, S3).
