About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer Trainer to conduct an intensive, hands-on training program for students/professionals in Thrissur. The trainer will deliver engaging sessions covering both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring participants gain practical and industry-relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 5 days of classroom-based, hands-on training (6 hours/day).
- Deliver sessions on Full Stack Web Development (MERN / MEAN / Java / Python stack – depending on expertise).
- Explain fundamental and advanced concepts with real-world examples and projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance during coding exercises and assignments.
- Prepare short assessments and review participants’ progress.
- Ensure high levels of engagement and interactivity throughout the sessions.

Front-End:
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind
- JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (optional)

1. Conduct demo classes as per the PlanetSpark content and methodology
2. Ensure amazing demo experience for the child and parent
3. Conduct regular classes (post enrolment) using in-house curriculum
4. Ensure timely feedback to the child
5. Adhere to the schedule for the demo as well as regular classes
