Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, including direct communication with C-level executives.
- Understand client needs and develop strategic plans to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure ongoing alignment with client goals.
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute lead-generation campaigns.
- End-to-End Client Onboarding
- Manage the full onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement to service delivery.
- Develop and maintain robust onboarding documentation, processes, and best practices.
- Account Growth & Upselling
- Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of OptimHire’s services.
- Present new solutions to existing clients to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, sales, marketing, operations) to align on client priorities.
- Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a US recruitment agency on the client-facing side (not recruitment/delivery).
- Proven track record in staffing or talent solutions with a strong focus on account management, client success, or business development.
- Hands-on experience dealing with C-level executives and managing corporate clients.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client onboarding, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Must be located in Hyderabad; local candidates only.
