Responsibilities:

1. Directing efforts in achieving revenue targets as indicated and providing optimum service to company clients by fulfilling their hiring needs in the given time frame

2. Coordinating between the candidates and the clients for the ease of the hiring manager

3. Maintaining candidate database

4. Developing contacts and building relationships with clients and prospects using internal and external networks

5. Soliciting new business by preparing and conducting presentations to prospective clients

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of experience

2. Must be self-motivated

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Should be able passionate to learn and grow

5. Able to handle pressure, and good at multi-tasking

Requirements:

• Providing day-to-day HR support to employees, including answering questions and assisting with issues related to benefits, policies, and procedures
• Managing the performance review process, including setting goals and conducting evaluations
• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Sourcing and screening candidates, including conducting initial interviews and reference checks
• Coordinating the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for open positions
• Utilizing various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to source candidates
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
• Participating in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the organization and attract top talent
• Assisting with compliance with employment laws and regulations, including tracking employee leave and maintaining affirmative action plans
• Managing employee benefits and payroll, including enrolling employees in benefits programs and ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages
• Maintaining HR records and documents, including employee files and records of benefits enrollment and changes.

General Description:

Owns all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications.

Participates in the design and development of systems & application programs.

Functions as Senior member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices – tools, common components, and documentation.

Required Skills:

In depth experience configuring and administering EKS clusters in AWS.

In depth experience in configuring **DataDog** in AWS environments especially in **EKS**

In depth understanding of OpenTelemetry and configuration of **OpenTelemetry Collectors**

In depth knowledge of observability concepts and strong troubleshooting experience.

Experience in implementing comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions in AWS using **CloudWatch**.

Experience in **Terraform** and Infrastructure as code.

Experience in **Helm**

Strong scripting skills in Shell and/or python.

Experience with large-scale distributed systems and architecture knowledge (Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems, networking, storage) in a cloud computing or traditional IT infrastructure environment.

Must have a good understanding of cloud concepts (Storage /compute/network).

Experience in Collaborating with several cross functional teams to architect observability pipelines for various GCP services like GKE, cloud run Big Query etc.

Experience with Git and GitHub.

Proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation, ADRs, and runbooks.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Study design briefs and determine requirements          `

·       Create and define the brand profile of MHFA India

·       Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

·       Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

·       Develop illustrations, logos, social media posts, and other designs collaterals using software or by hand

·       Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

·       Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

·       Test graphics across various media

·       Amend designs after feedback

·       Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
