Job Title: Website Project Coordinator

Location: Spacejam, Sector 82, Mohali

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Website Coordinator with strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend web development. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and Elementor. In addition to development work, this role involves project coordination, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, update, and maintain websites on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.

● Customize themes, integrate plugins/apps, and troubleshoot performance or UI/UX issues.

● Coordinate with designers, content writers, and clients to ensure website deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.

● Manage basic SEO setups, website backups, security updates, and performance optimization.

● Maintain documentation and provide regular project updates.

● Assist with testing, deployment, and monitoring of websites.

Key Requirements:

● 2–3 years of proven experience in web development and CMS platforms.

● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (for WordPress), and related tools.

● Experience with drag-and-drop builders like Elementor, Webflow, etc. ● Familiarity with Shopify app integration, payment gateways, and theme customizations.

● Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple web projects simultaneously.

● Willingness to work onsite and be the point of contact for all web-related tasks.

• Experience Level: 2+ Years
• Extensive iOS development experience (iOS SDK, XCode, Objective C, Swift)
• Excellent understanding of iOS UX/UI guidelines/best practices and the ability to engage with the creative team to deliver pragmatic solutions, balancing design, quality, and velocity, iOS app architecture and use of design patterns.
• Strong OO & Objective-C skills, with an appreciation for pragmatism and simplicity in code
• Good Communication Skills.

• Handling end to end Technical Recruitment across various verticals.
• Stakeholder management, client and talent management
• Using Job portals like Naukri, CutShort, Angel List, Linkedin Recruiter, Hyrst, Instahyre, etc for recruitment.
• Preferred candidate:- BE / Btech / BCA / MCA / Mtech / MS or someone from a technical background

 Looking for a Web Developer with good hands-on Experience in Laravel.

Technical Support Specialist

- Minimum experience of 2-5 years with good exposure in customer handling with different software products.

- Provide telephone and email-based pre-sales and post-sales technical support for our software products.

- Investigate issues reported by customers, and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues.

- Resolution of problem/request logs within contracted SLA targets and ensuring users are regularly updated.

- Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.

- Create and maintain support knowledgebase.

- Good knowledge of SQL for debugging user issues.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript, REST APIs and APIs

- Hands-on experience with SQL.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries through the ticketing system on Freshdesk, Slack and other channels.

- Map out weekly and monthly reports on unresolved issues for Tech, and Operations.

- updating FAQs from time to time.

- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

- Assist Training Managers and Technical Content Writers in updating training docs with newly implemented features, business cases and use cases that occurred in day-to-day activity.

- Good analytical and people management skills to solve understanding gaps in teams via up-to-date technical knowledge
