Key Responsibilities :

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and execute end-to-end waste management projects with a strong emphasis on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of waste management operations, regulatory frameworks, and project lifecycle management—from planning to execution and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle for waste management initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure all project activities align with EPR guidelines and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, operations, logistics) and external stakeholders (producers, recyclers, regulatory authorities).
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Develop EPR compliance strategies and documentation including take-back schemes, recycling targets, and reporting.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with local and national EPR regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and report project progress to leadership.
• Implement KPIs to measure environmental impact and project efficiency.

Requirements:

• MBA is mandatory (Operations, Sustainability, or Project Management preferred).
• 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in waste management, sustainability, or environmental services.
• Proven experience managing EPR-related projects (plastic waste, e-waste, packaging, etc.).
• Strong understanding of waste processing workflows, recycling systems, and producer responsibilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

  CA+GST compliance is mandatory

You'll be involved in the entire product lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features. You'll also produce detailed specifications. Your code will be written in a timely and scalable way all while ensuring strong optimization.

Responsibilities 

• Ability to create tools, microsite, devOps and technical solution for testing.
• Experience in Object Oriented Analysis, Design(OOAD) and development of software using UML Methodology, good knowledge of J2EE design patterns and Core Java design patterns.
• Analyze test logs; create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders
• Experience in web application and device test automation using Selenium, Robotium, Appium or any equivalent tool/s.
• Strong experience with Agile development incorporating Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, utilizing technologies such as GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Sonar, PowerMock.
• Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and test suites working across technologies.
• Debugging of any issue faced.
• GoLang, Docker, Kubernetes experience is good to have
• Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionalities of services as a prequel to automation
• Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate impacts and to understand business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
• Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.
• Give inputs for process improvements.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

○ Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the 

organization.

1. Technical:

• Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.
