Job Description:

• Develop compelling scripts tailored to the content concept and vision for influencers to use in video productions.
• Infuse creativity and originality into scriptwriting to captivate the audience and align with the influencer's brand and style.
• Focus solely on scriptwriting for influencers; experience in advertising copywriting is not applicable for this role.
• Collaborate closely with influencers, content creators, and other team members to ensure scripts meet the desired objectives and resonate with the target audience.
• Stay updated on current trends and preferences in influencer marketing and social media content to continuously enhance script quality and relevance.
• Adapt writing style and tone to suit various platforms and audience demographics while maintaining consistency with the influencer's brand identity.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on scripts as necessary to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

Your Role:

As a Video Editor at Mugafi, you’ll work on a variety of projects that span across multiple formats and platforms, including:

• Short Films & Storytelling Content: Bring narratives to life with high-quality editing that captures the essence of our storytelling platform.
• AI Collaboration Projects: Leverage cutting-edge tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway ML to create visuals that break new ground.
• Social Media Videos & Ads: Create attention-grabbing content that connects with our online community and showcases Mugafi’s offerings.
• Interviews & Events: Edit videos for our platform that highlight key moments from our events, interviews and others.
• Tutorials & Character Generation Videos: Produce product related engaging, informative content for our users and partners.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Proven experience of 3 years in video creation and editing.
• Creative & Efficient Mindset: A passion for pushing creative boundaries while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and elevate productivity.
• Video Editing Mastery: Advanced skills in video editing software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other AI-powered tools.
• Collaborative Approach: Strong ability to work closely with our writers and marketing teams, ensuring every project aligns with creative and strategic goals.
• Creative & strategic thinking: Understanding of how to craft videos that captivate a range of audiences, from social media followers to production houses.

Minimum 4 to 14 Years OTM Technical / Functional experience

• Must have functional and techno-functional experience in OTM implementation and/or have supported projects dealing with these systems, and/or have worked on OTM Cloud
• Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM Application
• Must have knowledge of preparing mapping document to interface OTM system with EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems, and be able to translate the functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre
• Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics
• Hands on experience on JSPX/XSL will be additional advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementations/up-gradation and OTM architecture will be preferred

• Proven work experience of deployments on ETH/BSC/MATIC networks and other EVM Chains
• Understanding of virtual machine architecture, memory, and stack.
• Familiar with Truffle, Waffle, and Hardhat, and the pros and cons of each framework.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (git) and repo management.
• (Plus) Understanding of mainstream DeFi ecosystems like Uniswap, Compound, Curve etc.

We are looking for a hands-on Android Developer to join our mobile team. The apt applicant must have Android software development skills, a passion for delivering high-quality, rock-solid apps. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java and Kotlin code
