Job Summary:

We are seeking a patient and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT product engineering company. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads and developing business opportunities for our product engineering and healthcare technology solutions. This role requires an individual who can work independently, nurture long-term relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth in the IT services sector.

Required Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in lead generation and business development, preferably in IT services and product engineering
• Proven track record of handling B2B clients, including international prospects
• Proficiency in using digital platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn for lead generation
• Ability to never give up and find innovative ways to generate leads

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Independently source and generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the product engineering and healthcare technology sectors.
• Client Engagement: Patiently nurture relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication, understanding their IT service needs, and aligning our solutions with their requirements.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, meticulously tracking progress and updating CRM systems.
• Proposal Support: Assist in crafting tailored proposals and presentations that highlight our IT services, product engineering capabilities, and healthcare technology solutions.
• Conversion Assistance: Work closely with the sales team to help convert leads into clients, providing necessary information and follow-ups.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends in IT services, product engineering, and healthcare technology to identify new opportunities and enhance our value proposition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in business development or lead generation in the IT sector
• Strong understanding of IT services, preferably in product engineering or healthcare technology
• Proven experience in using digital platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn for business development
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Roles & Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge and hands on experience on IBM FileNet (CPE) and Java/J2EE is mandatory.

Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

 As a Full stack developer he/she should be able to provide scalable software solutions

 He/she be a part of cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full

SDLC, from conception to deployment.

 Design and architect highly scalable web services applications

 Develop and maintain all server-side network components

 Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements Architect

Content Management Solution and scalable API platform

 Design back-end services for various business processes

 Partner with third-party technology services and make strategic inputs.

 Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient

code

 Create workflows and solutions involving search, recommendations, rights
