This role demands an individual who can drive end-to-end digital campaigns, enhance online brand presence, generate qualified leads, and align digital marketing with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Channel Management:
- Lead and manage SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content strategy, and paid campaigns.
- Lead Generation:
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation and nurturing campaigns targeting international B2B clients.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.

As a Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end medium to large ticket size sales.
What you will do:
- Identifying and categorizing different companies/sectors according to their supply chain operations
- Identifying the correct decision makers in the companies and setting up the meeting to understand their supply chain and how our products can help them
- End-to-end solution designing for the clients based on your discussions
- Coordinating with the operations team to arrange pilots/demos for the clients
- Negotiating with the required stakeholders and closing the deal

Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales

- Continuously work with a dedicated set of analysts and user researchers to understand user needs better.
- Generate detailed PRDs for feature proposals.
- Have a strong sense of product design and work with the UX team to convert requirements to product interfaces.
- Work with developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of user value.
- Track features, once in production. Work continuously for their success or take the call to remove them from the product.

- Actively participate in all the Scrum Ceremonies
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules / applications
- Document the functionality developed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Provide deliverables with high quality by the committed timeline
Requirements
- Must have good experience in Symfony Framework otherwise in ZendFramework / Laravel.
- Candidate must have Strong command in Mysql, Mongodb etc.
- Ability to apply OOP concepts during development.
- Must have Hands-on experience in AWS Services
- Must have Hands-on experience in code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Exposure and experience working in Agile methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges.
