As a Lead Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management.
Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
Responsible for Vendor Management and people management.

Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management. 
Conduct periodic reviews with teams.
Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management.
Participate in business meetings with various stake holders. 
Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.
Drive service improvement programs.

• Design, Implementation of WAN, and SDWAN Technologies.

• Assists with architectural design to improve reliability, performance, and efficiencies 
• Responds to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problem.

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Wintel Engineer/Architect with an outstanding track record of progressively increasing responsibilities 
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and multi-task with minimal supervision 
• Current certifications with Cisco, Citrix & Microsoft required 
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and OSI model 
• Experience in Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and XenServer technologies. 
• 5+ years of Network, Storage and Infrastructure (Data Center, etc.) experience. 
• A strong understanding of leading manufactures routing and switching architecture; and experience with storage and virtualization products from leading manufactures. 

AD Skills: 

• Implementing Active Directory Infrastructure  
• Expertise on Windows Infrastructure components integration like DNS, DHCP etc. 
• Assess Domain Controllers, Domain Architecture, Centralized Migrations, GPO Designs, Windows DNS/DHCP Management and Forest Level Trust Architecture 
• Cloud Service integration with Active Directory including Amazon Web Services and Azure Active Directory Services 
• Multi Forest/Domain Active Directory and DNS migration 
• In depth knowledge of AD Site Topology, OU’s Structure, Group Policies, NTP, LDAP and implementation and AD components 
• Good knowledge on AD Security and identity principals 
• Strong integration experience of ADFS and integration with the on-prem Active Directory 

• Extensive experience in designing & supporting Azure Managed Services Operations.  
• Maintaining the Azure Active Directory and Azure AD authentication. 
• Azure update management – Handling updates/Patching. 
• Good understanding of Azure services (Azure App Service, Azure SQL,  Azure Storage Account..etc). 
• Understanding of load balancers, DNS, virtual networks, NSG and firewalls in cloud environment. 
• ARM templates writing, setup automation for resources provisioning. 
• Knowledge on Azure automation and Automation Desire State Configuration. 
• Good understanding of High Availability and Auto scaling. 
• Azure Backups and ASR (Azure Site Recovery) 
• Azure Monitoring and Configuration monitoring (performance metrics, OMS) 
• Cloud Migration Experience(On premise to Cloud). 
• PowerShell scripting for custom tasks automation. 
• Strong experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems.
