Job Description

1) Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce

2) Employee Engagement and Relations Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance. Manage all Employee Communications

3) Training and Development Establish and lead implementation of employee training and development programs.

4) Compensation and Benefits Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversee bonuses and raises. Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices that help to recruit and retain superior staff. Manages Employee Database Management. Manage and maintain Employee Leave and Attendance.

5) Ensuring HR compliance with ISO and CMMi processes, and Statutory Requirements Prepare and maintain necessary data for HR compliance with statutory laws, CMMi and ISO. Serve as the primary contact with HR vendors HR Policy Formulation and Maintenance: Formulate and implement all HR policies.

Candidate Profile 2+ years of HR Generalist experience should have handled all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Attendance and Leave, Appraisals, and Exit. ·

Capable of handling all aspects of HR without supervision · ·

Provide advice to senior management on HR related issues Ability to establish and maintain good relationship with managers and employees. Foster team spirit between employees ·

Prior experience of working in an IT company

Experience of using Social Network media as a Recruitment Tool desirable

Experience of working in an ISO/CMMi certified company will be an added advantage

Key job responsibilities-

• Work on features with end-to-end ownership of design, development, testing and take it to production.
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test, and release products.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Optimizing performance for the apps and keeping up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies.

Basic Qualifications-

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Android Development
• Strong experience in Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms, data structures and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Android’s debugging, unit testing, app security, and performance optimization tools.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
