Intern - Business Development
Position Summary:
The intern – business development position will assist sales and marketing team within simulationHub division of CCTech. Main responsibility will lead generation activities through various media and channels and setting up product demo calls with potential customers. This is a fixed tenure position of 6 months extendable to 9 months.
Some key aspects of this role are good verbal skills, writing communication abilities, and consistency in maintaining lead generation database. Some prior knowledge of experience of technical concepts related to engineering simulation software may be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Generate for unqualified leads with contact details
- Maintain unqualified lead database in HubSpot CRM
- Search for growth opportunities throughout client interactions
- Immediately get in touch with leads obtained through marketing initiatives
- Cultivate leads through various marketing channels
- Setup customer meetings to ensure communication between technical team and key account personnel at potential customer
- Participate in outbound sales activities like communication with new and existing customers by email, social media, and phone.
Education and Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, marketing, business, or a related discipline
- Interested in technology field particularly engineering analysis and simulations
- Shows a sense of urgency in doing tasks
- Eager to talk about engineering analysis technology with potential customers
- Positivity and self-motivated
- Knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn and any sales CRM

Work Experience Requirements
● Experience in Sales Data Analysis;
● Demonstrated high level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), creating and managing performance dashboard data visualization;
● Working knowledge/experience on Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Slides) is a plus;
● Experience in Data Visualization tools like Visual Studio, Tableau, Power BI is a plus;
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;
● Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and active listening skills;
● Motivated self-starter;
● Willing to learn;
● Must be willing to report onsite in Cambodia
Having 6+ experience as a QA/SDET
Having good knowledge on iOS/Android App based apps testing.

Good in writing manual test cases with all possible scenarios.
Good exposure on JIRA, Zypher and QC.
Good in debugging skills and ELK stack.

• Design, implement, and support scalable and functionally resilient public REST APIs
