Business Development Manager

The Team Leader position is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, with the responsibility of managing and mentoring a team of Stem Cell Counsellors. The Team Leader will lead efforts in promoting Cryoviva's stem cell banking services, overseeing the sales process, ensuring team members meet or exceed targets, and fostering a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a team of Stem Cell Counsellors in the assigned region
• Maximize team productivity through effective communication and leadership.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive team performance.
• Ensure consistent achievement of stem cell banking enrolment targets.
• Accompany the team on client presentations, doctor visits, and field activities periodically to monitor and guide them.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
• Work towards improving overall service delivery.

Skills Required:

• Experience with lead generation through portals like Freelancer, Upwork, Elance, Guru, Craglist, ODesk and Social Media etc.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in video editing, preferably within fintech, tech, or digital marketing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant editing software.

Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a range of video editing work, showcasing strong storytelling and visual design.

Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong sense of timing, pacing, and ability to convey messages effectively through visuals.

Collaboration & Communication: Excellent team-working skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Possess complete understanding of individual project or modules within a larger project.

Skills required:

In collaboration with Microsoft Research, we are developing a data-driven lending platform catered towards the needs of “emerging markets” users. • Develop, modify, and maintain code base of various applications.
• Coordinating with a remote team and applying appropriate branching, labelling using GIT.
• Adding features to the existing web dashboard for monitoring and supporting field operations.
• Implementing application testability and diagnostics and fixing bug with REDUX architecture.

• 2+ years’ experience with development of Restful APIs.
• Knowledge of MVC architecture.
