Role Overview :

We’re hiring a Quality Engineer to lead QA efforts for AI models, applications, and infrastructure.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test strategies, implement automation, ensure model accuracy, and maintain high product quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain test strategies for AI models, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Build automation frameworks and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate model accuracy, robustness, and monitor model drift.
• Perform regression, performance, load, and security testing.
• Log and track issues; collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.
• Document QA processes and testing outcomes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in IT support, with a solid understanding of networking, hardware, software, and systems administration.



Responsibilities

➔   Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues both onsite and remotely.

➔   Assist in maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance.

➔   Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

➔   Aid in the rollout, installation, and configuration of new hardware and software applications, including updates and patches.

➔   Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Conduct basic training sessions to help staff better utilize IT resources.

➔   Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets using the organization’s helpdesk system. Escalate issues as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.

➔   Support initiatives related to IT security, ensuring systems adhere to compliance and policy standards, and participate in routine system audits.

Requirements

➔   2-4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.

➔   Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols.

➔   Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.

➔   Exposure to SASE tools like Zscaler, Netskope, PaloAlto Prisma Access.

➔   Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT solutions.

➔   Basic experience in server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

➔   Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

➔   Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools (e.g.,JIRA Service Desk, ServiceNow,Freshworks etc).

➔   Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

➔   Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for routine tasks.

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in Software Testing.
• Good understanding of STLC.
• Expertise in Automation testing using Selenium and C#/Java.
• Experience in SpecFlow / Cucumber.
• Strong testing skills, automation skills, process improvement skills and understanding of Performance testing.
• Experience in Cloud Environment (PAAS model) is mandatory
• Experience about various Azure services or AWS like App Service, Function App, Azure Active Directory, Service Bus etc is required.
• Good understanding of Test Architecture and ability to prepare Test Strategy.
• Strong experience in both UI and Services automation.
• Understanding of Database testing, preferably SQL Server

Must have skills :

JAVA 8, Apache Camel, Design Patterns, Web Services (REST), RabbitMQ, Build Tool (Maven or Gradle), Version Control (SVN or Git), SQL/PLSQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Application Server (Websphere/JBoss/Weblogic etc.), JUnit.

Preferred skills :

- Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate/Spring Data JPA, .

- Experience working on Node JS/Angular JS/React JS

- Working experience on Docker

- Experience working on Agile methodologies

 B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Sc(Computer science ) with first division.

- AWS Cloud exposure.

- Basic skills in using the Unix operating system logging on, sudo to another ID, navigating directory structures, debugging simple problems.

- Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
