Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to support and drive growth initiatives in US and EU regulated pharmaceutical markets. The role requires strong exposure to finished dosage formulations, formulation licensing deals, and techno-commercial evaluations, along with an established Hyderabad pharma industry network. The incumbent will work closely with the BD Manager and support end-to-end business development activities for regulated markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives focused on US & EU regulated markets

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue formulation licensing opportunities

• Understand regulatory requirements for regulated markets and maintain updated databases

• Provide complete end-to-end support to the Business Development Manager

• Conduct techno-commercial evaluations, feasibility studies, and opportunity assessments

• Prepare and manage costing sheets, pricing models, and commercial proposals

• Track potential opportunities, follow up with partners, and convert them into qualified leads

• Analyze internal and external data and present concise reports and summaries to management

• Coordinate with internal teams including Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain

• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify new collaboration opportunities

• Leverage the Hyderabad pharma ecosystem to generate new business leads

• Support negotiations, documentation, and licensing discussions as required

Domain Knowledge & Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of finished dosage formulations

• Hands-on exposure to formulation licensing deals

• Understanding of USFDA and EU regulatory requirements

• Techno-commercial evaluation and costing expertise

• Experience in regulated market business development

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills

• Established network within the Hyderabad pharma industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to support our design team in creating high-quality visual content. The candidate should have a basic understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing marketing materials including social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Support senior designers in developing brand-specific graphics and layouts.
• Create simple video edits, reels, or motion graphics (optional, if applicable).
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Edit and retouch images as required.
• Maintain proper file organization and follow brand guidelines.
• Handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Canva or other online design tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong creativity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and improve.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects).
• Experience with social media content creation.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
