Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will support our sales team in achieving sales targets, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, assisting with product selection, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving sales goals by processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining product displays. Support with sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
• Order Processing: Handle order processing, including taking orders, managing returns and exchanges, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment and delivery.

Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a self-starter who can join a fast-paced startup environment in order to design and build a scalable cloud-based product. You’ll be part of a cross functional team that’s responsible for the full product development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities: -

Work with the development team to design & build new features using Node JS along with enhancing the existing platform. - Develop, test and optimize code for performance, maintainability and standards. - Participate in code reviews and make recommendations. - Use CI/CD techniques to ensure clean working environments and agile deployments. - Debug and troubleshoot cloud-based applications. - Follow Agile development techniques, participate in daily calls and assist product owners in story grooming.

Skill set: -

3+ years of product development experience. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong programming experience in Node JS/Java/Python. - Experience with React JS. - Experience in building cloud-based applications on AWS. - Experience with NoSQL data stores, preferably Dynamo DB. - Experience with any CI / CD tool.

Good to have: - Experience in GraphQ

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

1. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a

daily/weekly basis.

1. To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your

periphery.

1. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.

1. To facilitate cross-functional communications among project stakeholders.

1. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

1. To look after the grievances and claims arising from time to time maintaining proper

coordination with the company.

1. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.

Expected Skills :-

• Knowledge/Application of data structures and algorithms.-
• Problem-solving attitude : This means when you face a problem (not necessarily technical), your natural reaction is "How can I solve it best" rather than "How can I get out of it/avoid it/overlook it"-
• Working knowledge in Java(SpringFramework) is a must.
• Working knowledge in ReactJs is a plus.- Working knowledge in Python, MongoDB is a plus.
• The founding team has extensive experience in launching and scaling up fintech products & New business verticals. The founders have rich leadership experience across Consulting, fintech and payment companies

Must-Have’s:

• Hands-on DevOps (Git, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Python/Ruby)  

Job Description:

• Knowledge on what is a DevOps CI/CD Pipeline

• Understanding of version control systems like Git, including branching and merging strategies
• Knowledge of what is continuous delivery and integration tools like Jenkins, Github
• Knowledge developing code using Ruby or Python and Java or PHP 
• Knowledge writing Unix Shell (bash, ksh) scripts

• Knowledge of what is automation/configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, Chef or Puppet

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in core Java/J2EE 
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Lead mentoring team of 3 to 5 developers
• Strong knowledge of one the web application framework such as Spring, Struts
• Strong knowledge of UI frameworks (AngularJS 2.0/4.0, ReactJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS) 
• Strong knowledge of web services (Restful) 
• Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design, data structure, and data architectures
• Good knowledge of relation database, SQL and ORM 
• Curiosity and attention to detail 
• Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills to clearly articulate complex design problems and solutions 
• Adaptable to changing technology and restrictions, design challenges, deadlines, and project requirements.
