Role Overview: We are looking for a highly energetic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be cold calling, appointment setting, and demo bookings to fuel the sales pipeline.

● Initiate outbound calls daily to reach potential customers from target industries.

This role demands a deep understanding of the broking industry/Financial services industry, software engineering, and product management. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in engineering leadership, a proven track record of delivering scalable technology solutions, and strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and communicate a clear engineering vision and strategy aligned with our broking and funds management platform.

- Conduct market research and technical analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the broking industry.

- Define and prioritize the engineering roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
