Key Responsibilities

BI Development, Visualization and Dashboarding

• Design and implement reports, interactive dashboards, and data models using BI tools to enable data-driven decision-making
• Work with Data Product Owners and stakeholders to understand analytical goals and translate them into impactful dashboards
• Develop intuitive, visually compelling dashboards with a strong focus on usability and storytelling

BI Migration and Transformation

Data Modeling and Integration

• Develop robust data models using Power BI (DAX, Power Query) or equivalent tools

BI Platform Administration and Management

• Administer BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP BO

• Handle capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource utilization
• Perform regular housekeeping and monitor usage to optimize platform efficiency

Platform Maintenance and Reliability

• Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, compliance, and uptime
• Plan and execute platform maintenance, including patching and release management
• Support platform “evergreening” and manage audit logs for troubleshooting

Infrastructure, Deployment and Monitoring

• Support installation, configuration, and setup of BI tools and environments

Governance and Quality

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BI development and platform management
• Strong expertise in Power BI / Tableau / SAP BO
• Experience with Azure and GCP environments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with 5 to 6 years of expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for interiors and facades. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading BIM initiatives related to interior design and facade systems. You will be responsible for overseeing BIM projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful execution of BIM processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· BIM Management: Lead and manage BIM projects related to interior design and facade systems. Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
