UI/UX Designer

Job Overview: This position will play a pivotal role in driving the company's finance department functions. You will responsible for overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, and compliance within the company.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with accounting software. Taking care of all books of accounts like Journals, Ledger,etc
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Strong control over revenue through various means and channels and reconciliation
• Working knowledge of GST India provisions for input credit, HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, invoicing rules, GST monthly, Yearly filings, and 2B reconciliations.
• Day-to-day banking operations and fund planning & reporting to management.
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation revenue reconciliation
• Taking care of Vendors' bill approvals, advance, and payment.
• Working knowledge of provisions of TDS- different sections under which TDS is deducted, TDS returns, and various TDS rates. Experience in quarterly and year-end E-TDS filings.
• Statutory compliances, including verification, calculation payment & filing of return, e.g., GST, TDS, etc.
• Vendor Management. Creation of vendor registration, asset creation, and purchase. The primary point of contact for all vendor-related transactions.
• Possess strong work ethics and good interpersonal and communication (written & oral) skills.
• Good analytical skills, embrace challenges & changes, initiative and have a positive working attitude

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all accounting matters such as AR, AP, GL to ensure the accounting books accurately reflect the company's financial position in accordance with GAAP/Ind-AS.
• Controlling Accounts Payable and Account Receivables.
• Responsible for implementing Finance Policies set by the management/Corporate Office.
• Company Vendor Management. Creation of vendor registration, asset creation, and purchase. The primary point of contact for all vendor-related transactions.
• Receivable and payable management, Liquidity management, and periodic cash flow management

Lead Generation & Sales

·        Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital outreach.

Product Promotion

·        Conduct product demos and presentations to explain the benefits of our smart QR code system.

·        Educate clients on how Google reviews and digital engagement can enhance their business visibility and credibility.

Customer Relationship Management

·        Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.

·        Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience.

Campaign Execution

·        Plan and implement local marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.

·        Represent company at events, exhibitions, and community forums.

Sales Reporting & CRM

·        Track personal sales performance against targets.

·        Maintain accurate customer data and interactions in CRM tools.

·        Submit regular activity and performance reports to management.

Market Feedback

·        Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences.

·        Share insights with the product and marketing teams to help improve offerings

About the Role:

• Your goal is to drive revenue & profitability via organic search with defined growth targets via up-levelling the content, SEO structure & tech.
• Directly manage SEO Team & deal with tech leads to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual traffic & revenue goals.
• You must have an excellent understanding of search engines, crawler behaviour.
• You must understand the technicality of using web crawlers, log analyzers, and set tools. • Understanding of code at least read/understand HTML.
• Your analytical and statistical skills should be strong — excellent level of expertise of Google Analytics, webmaster tools, etc.
• Be competitive and engender a sense of urgency, creativity, and curiosity for how we continue to outperform the competition in SEO.
• Understand how changes in search engine impact campaign performance, and build scalable, automated solutions to stay ahead of trends.
• Respond to rapid changes in the event landscape and marketplace to capture potential performance opportunities for Organic search.
• Manage and measure performance across keyword targets, but execute ad hoc strategic initiatives
• Establish the innovation mindset and always-on experimentation, including new page development, a/b test on-page optimization, schemas, etc.
• Highlight technical pitfalls and become the driving force behind building a reliable foundation of SEO tech (e.g., structured data, schema markup) and process that will scale in India & Overseas.
• Set clear KPIs and drive a team culture of accountability and rigor towards business impact.
• Be a domain expert on the educational industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 9+ years of experience
• Experience designing and developing C++ based solutions and experience with any user interface development (MFC)
• Expert in Unit Testing, OOA/OOD development methodologies, and design principles
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies
• History of timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus
• Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment where continuous improvement is a way of life
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device design & development is a plus
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology, or flow cytometry systems is a plus
• Understanding of software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO9000/FDA) is a plus
• Experience in software code and build management is a plus
