Summary/Objective:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin to join our team. The Admin will primarily handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Admin Tasks:

·        Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

·        Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

·        Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

·        Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

·        Schedule and coordinate meetings with the director, prepare agendas, meeting minutes.

·        Maintain relationships with vendors and handle vendor-related issues.

·        Make follow-up calls as needed to vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.

·        Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.

·        Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.

·        Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met and address any issues promptly.

·        Occasionally visit the market to procure required supplies.

·        Visit Aunitji's house when required for specific tasks or responsibilities.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager who has strong exposure in SaaS/IT project handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing international clients (APAC, UK & Middle East regions) and should be well-versed in Agile methodology and tools like JIRA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SaaS/IT projects (planning → execution → delivery).
• Handle and communicate effectively with international clients (APAC, UK, Middle East).
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product, etc.).
• Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
• Track project progress using JIRA and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify risks (risk = potential issues) and proactively mitigate them.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and project objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong experience in handling international clients (APAC, UK & Middle East).
• Preferred Btech OR MBA Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills .
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Requirement

• Work From Office (WFO) – Faridabad location.
• Must be flexible to travel international

Are you a QA Appium Automation Testing Expert? Are you able to automate testing for complex flows to create a perfect bug free product that will be used by Millions?

Have you worked on eCommerce and Digital websites that get millions of traffic? Are you strong with building Automation Frameworks like Page Object Model, Hybrid model etc? Are you good at being hands-on Automation Tester and individual contributor?

Must have skills:

Minimum 5 years experience in testing.

The last 4 years should have been in Mobile App testing using Appium.This is the main requirement, that the candidate is doing automation testing for the Mobile Application (Android & iOS) using Appium.

Should have tested in various devices and experience in Saucelabs is a plus

Should have done API Automation Testing for Mobile apps

Good understanding of Java Programming language, Basics of Java and OOPS concepts

Good in Appium basics, architecture and other areas

Should have experience in mobile testing and setting up automation frameworks for this

Design, implementation and delivery of scalable, maintainable, configurable and robust test automation frameworks

Ability to analyze and translate requirements and development stories into test scripts to ensure complete test coverage

Should have strong knowledge of continuous integration tools like Hudson and Jenkins 11 Strong understand of testing and automation best practices 12 Willingness to learn new technologies, approaches and test tools

Requirements

• Design, write and build tools to improve the reliability, latency, availability and scalability of HealthifyMe application.

• Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across distributed teams in a global environment

• Optimize performance and solve issues across the entire stack: hardware, software, application, and network.

• Experienced in building infrastructure with terraform / cloudformation or equivalent.
• Experience with ansible or equivalent is beneficial
• Ability to use a wide variety of Open Source Tools
• Experience  with AWS is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of running services in a large scale environment.
• Expert level understanding of Linux servers, specifically RHEL/CentOS.
• Practical, proven knowledge of shell scripting and at least one higher-level language (eg. Python, Ruby, GoLang).
• Experience with source code and binary repositories, build tools, and CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc)
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security, and experience supporting multi-tier web application architectures.
