Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Full Stack Engineer at , you will work on product features end-to-end - from the data model to the pixel on the screen.

You will work alongside senior engineers, learn to bridge engineering and product, and contribute to translating complex business workflows into interfaces that enterprise teams actually use. You will own smaller features and grow into full vertical ownership over time.

• Work on product features end-to-end - complex configuration UIs, workflow builders, and operational dashboards for enterprise users
• Contribute to customer-facing surfaces - SDKs, embeddable flows, and APIs that directly shape how clients experience
• Learn and apply frontend architecture best practices - component structure, state management, performance optimisation, and accessibility
• Build backend APIs and data models under senior guidance - developing end-to-end ownership over time
• Debug issues across the full stack - learn to trace problems from symptom to root cause
• Collaborate with design, product, and customer success - hear feedback from real users and let it shape what you build
• Partner with the GenAI engineer to surface AI capabilities through clean, well-designed product interfaces
• Participate in code and design reviews to learn and grow

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Full Stack Engineer profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1+ years of hands-on full stack engineering experience (avoid frontend-heavy only profiles, backend heavy will work)
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend engineering experience using Python, including designing and owning APIs, services, and data models in production environments
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong frontend development experience using React (or equivalent), including component architecture, state management, and building production-grade user interfaces
• Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have end-to-end ownership experience, building and shipping features across the full stack (UI + API + database) without clear handoff boundaries
• Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong web fundamentals, including understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices
• Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must be able to demonstrate solving complex problems on both frontend and backend, clearly articulating trade-offs, decisions, and outcomes
• Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have solid experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and handling performance bottlenecks

• Preferred (Skill 1) – Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in type-safe architecture and scalable frontend/backend systems
• Preferred (Skill 2) – Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress / Playwright and strong unit testing practices
• Preferred (Skill 3) – Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Job Description

A Product Designer is a professional who is in charge of translating the wants and needs of consumers into product design features. They must have a creative eye, be able to think outside the box in order to come up with new ideas or solutions that meet customer expectations, and create digital or print drawings as well as design fully-functional products

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. User Research: ○ Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. ○ Use research findings to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.

2. Wireframing and Prototyping: ○ Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas. ○ Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.

3. Visual Design: ○ Develop visually engaging and consistent UI designs for digital products. ○ Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

4. Interaction Design: ○ Design and implement interactive elements to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. ○ Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

5. Usability Testing: ○ Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions. ○ Analyze testing results and iterate on designs to improve overall usability.

6. Collaboration: ○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. ○ Communicate design decisions effectively and advocate for the user throughout the product development process.

7. Stay Updated: ○ Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. ○ Continuously improve skills and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

● Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Understanding of front-end development technologies and constraints.

● Familiarity with agile development processes

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test UI for customer-facing websites;
• Ensure and drive the success of AEM enterprise-level integration and development efforts affecting upstream and downstream legacy systems;
• Ownership and accountability for delivering quality outcomes that balance technical, business and operational goals;
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use;
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional front-end code;
• Delivery of the test preparation and execution on a day to day basis, including execution and defects reporting;
• Develop/deploy custom OSGI bundles;
• Examine existing and proposed applications. Evaluate, gather and document user requirements;
• Monitoring and management of the execution of the test cases including reporting;
• Design, develop, and implement data driven software solutions, mission critical data centric systems that are efficient, scalable, and supportable;
• Defining environment and resource requirements and managing their use on a day to day basis for that release.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience; 2+ years as a product owner
• A Masters Degree (B.Tech+MBA is preferred)
• Strong experience in agile product development. A certification (Scrum/SAfe/PO) is preferred 
• Expertise in Business documentation &translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Extensive experience working in a scrum/Kanban environment
• Extensive experience defining agile requirements (Epics/stories), including functional and technical in a product/services organization

What do you need:

- 4 plus years of experience in developing websites built with the help of Adobe Experience Manager and related web technologies.

- Expert level experience with AEM and AEM 6.3+ in production is the must.

- Experience working with Adobe Managed Services

- Strong knowledge of the AEM DAM

- AEM 6.3/6.4 Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Additional Skills :

- Work on project development or support projects or implement fixes for application support projects using technologies mentioned above in the experience section

- Discussing critical issues with AEM Architect

- Discussion about the implementation approach for fixing an issue

- Releasing fixes on QA, UAT using automation tools
