What You’ll Do

• Lead Generation & Conversion - Identify leads, give demos, and close deals.
• Onboarding - Guide new users through our features and ensure smooth setup.
• Customer Engagement - Stay in touch with customers, understand their problem, and build long term relationships.
• Retention & Growth - Work on renewals and upsell to existing customers.
• Feedback - Share customer feedback with Product & Engineering to shape the product roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, or similar preferred).
• 1+ years in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM/CS tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.).

Skills & Requirements

• At least 1 years of experience with Python, Django.
• Well versed in building the backend logic of web applications.
• Strong database skills.
• Solid foundation in designing and developing scalable API’s.
• Understanding of general web architecture.
• A Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or some related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Hands on experience with Django, Flask or other Python frameworks.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Debugging applications to ensure low-latency and high-availability.
• Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implementing security and data protection.

Good to have skills :

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills.
• Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.
• Ability to coordinate with, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status.
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
• Web frameworks and RESTful APIs experience.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

1. 4–6 years experience in backend engineering

2. Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with:

• TypeScript
• Express.js / Nest.js

3. Strong experience with MongoDB (or MySQL / PostgreSQL / DynamoDB)

4. Strong understanding of system design & scalable architecture

5. Hands-on experience in:

• Event-driven architecture / Domain-driven design
• MVC / Microservices

6. Strong in automated testing (especially integration tests)

7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)

8. Experience managing production systems

9. Solid understanding of performance, reliability, observability

10. Cloud experience (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure acceptable)

11. Strong coding standards — Clean Code, code reviews, refactoring

1-5 years hands on experience developing iOS Applications

Have a deep familiarity with objective-C/Swift, Cocoa Touch and working with

external frameworks and libraries
