Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyse process issues and gather related user requirements
• Develop appropriate solutions, primarily using the JIFFY.ai low code platform
• Obtain feedback from users and process stakeholders and implement improvements
• Develop training materials and train users
• Recommend and Develop Common Component development, integrations, and configurations

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree required Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems OR equivalent external work experience.

Work Experience and Skills required:

• Good hands-on 3-5 years of experience in Java or similar application development
• Experience in OOPS, Model Driven Development. Knowledge of modern UI Technologies
• Knowledge and experience in any or some of the following disciplines is a very strong plus: REST API, Java, JavaScript, Xpath, CSS, HTML, relational databases, or Kubernetes
• Create Domain Model with associations between different entities along with inheritance concept.
• Implementation of the user roles for application and established application security.

• Run projects end to end with engineers to drive your vision to the ship line.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Content, and the Founders at Scoutflo to understand what each of our diverse user segments need, want, and love about Open Source. Use this data and acquired intuition to prioritize, plan, and scope our product roadmap.
• Work with Content Marketing to devise new ways to tell great stories throughout the user lifecycle, and across our site, product, help guides and other channels.
• Create new patterns that are intuitive, practical, and convergent. Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.
  
  As one of our early founding designers, you’ll be working closely with the founders and other members of the founding team, to build our MvP product from scratch. You will be collaborating on multiple design problems with our product and engineering teams, to build the future of democratising Open Source! We are looking for a graphic designer who can manage the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, social media campaigns, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
