What You’ll Do
- Shoot high-quality video content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras across indoor, outdoor, client-site, and industrial locations.
- Set up and manage 3-point lighting, softboxes, and professional audio systems (lapel/boom).
- Ensure proper framing, exposure, continuity, and shot composition during shoots.
- Translate scripts and concepts into compelling visual stories through storyboards and shot lists.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics, typography, and diagrams using Adobe After Effects.
- Perform color correction, grading, sound design, and optimize videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites.
- Handle end-to-end production from planning to execution while maintaining brand alignment.
- Organize footage, manage project files, and maintain production equipment.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute engaging content ideas.
- Support photography and enhance visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
- Maintain and organize the video content library while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and propose ideas to improve video quality and storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on expertise in camera operations, lighting setups, and audio systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematic framing.
- Solid understanding of lenses, exposure, color theory, and shot continuity.
- Willingness to travel for shoots and work in industrial/tech environments.
- A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Passion for filmmaking, motion design, and visual storytelling.
Bonus Points
- Experience with industrial or documentary-style video shoots.
- Basic knowledge of 2D/3D animation.
- Graphic design capabilities.
- Prior experience with B2B or tech storytelling content.

What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end data science projects from scoping to deployment, ensuring accuracy, reliability and measurable business impact
- Translate business needs into actionable DS tasks, lead data wrangling, feature engineering, and model optimization
- Communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders to guide decisions while mentoring a 14 member DS team.
- Implement scalable MLOps, automated pipelines, and reusable frameworks to accelerate delivery and experimentation
What we’re looking for
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science/ML with strong foundations in statistics, Linear Algebra, and optimization
- Proficient in Python (NumbPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost) and experienced with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Skilled in building data pipelines (Airflow, Spark) and deploying models using Docker, FastAPI, etc
- Adept at communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s from any field
You might have an edge over others if
- Experience with LLMs or GenAI apps
- Contributions to open-source or published research
- Exposure to real-time analytics and industrial datasets
