Kenaxs IT Private Limited is hiring a Graphic Designer in Vadodara. No matter your experience level, if you know how to use Corel Draw, AI, and Photoshop and are willing to work in agency culture, we want you! Also open to learn new designing softwares.

Salary ranges from 15-25k and immediate joining (0-15 days) is available.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute visual designs & graphics from wireframes to development-ready stage
2. Assess user feedback in collaboration with product team
3. Build UI improvement hypotheses and innovative ideas for effective communication
4. Coordinate with engineering team for development
5. Build & manage design library and standards

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in design from reputed institute (completed / ongoing)
2. Exposure to B2C / Mobile products (Preferred) 
3. Hands-on knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, XD, Figma, Zeplin
4. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge with the design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

About You-

You have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design, and experience with design software and wireframe tools.

Responsibilities-

• Gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Skills And Experience-

• Proven UI/UX designing knowledge.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations, graphics, and design projects.
• Familiarity with Figma design software and technologies.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• A degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, and creative skills.
• Understanding of contemporary user experience planning, interaction design, and visual design.
• Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
• Work experience in designing UI for mobile, web and desktop-based applications
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery a plus
• Expertise in Creating Pixel Perfect HTML/ CSS/Theme a plus
• Understanding and experience with responsive and multi-device design.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and associated design tools.
