Role Overview

We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer II (SE2) to own the architectural implementation and deployment of production-grade

agentic AI systems. This role requires a hybrid of traditional engineering rigour (OOPS, SOLID, high-concurrency)

and advanced AI specialization to build the next generation of intelligent tools.

Responsibilities

● Independently design modular and maintainable multi-agent AI systems aligned with SOLID principles

● Build high-concurrency, async FastAPI backends for complex AI workloads with enterprise stability

● Architect sophisticated agentic workflows using LangGraph with a focus on state persistence and error-recovery

● Design and optimize RAG pipelines involving advanced chunking, hybrid search, and re-ranking

● Take ownership of containerization and cloud deployment for observable, cost-efficient AI services

● Collaborate on reusable AI components and internal frameworks to enhance team engineering velocity

Expectations

● Deep obsession with automation, DevOps, OOPS, and SOLID principles

● Advanced experience deploying RAG or agent-based systems with LangGraph orchestration

● Expert-level mastery of async Python, system thinking, and building scalable backends

● High ownership and a "production-first" mindset for end-to-end system reliability

We're seeking a versatile Designer proficient in Figma and experienced with WordPress websites. The role focuses primarily on creating social media content, with additional responsibilities in various design areas.

●       Studying, transforming, and converting data science prototypes

Basic requirements: 

●       4+ years of IT experience in which at least 2+ years of relevant experience primarily in converting data science prototypes and deploying models to production

●       Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn and pandas

●       Knowledge of Big Data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive, Flume, etc

●       Experience in working with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV

●       Strong written and verbal communications

●       Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

●       Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets

●       Familiarity with Linux

●       Ability to select hardware to run an ML model with the required latency

●       Robust data modelling and data architecture skills.

●       Advanced degree in Computer Science/Math/Statistics or a related discipline.

●       Advanced Math and Statistics skills (linear algebra, calculus, Bayesian statistics, mean, median, variance, etc.)

Content Marketing Specialist- Job Description

• Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.

• Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
